    • Carrots – 1-2 pcs.
    • Onion – ½ small onion
    • Cucumbers (lightly salted or pickled) – 2 pcs.
    • Green peas (canned) – 4-5 tbsp.
    • Mayonnaise – 120-150 ml
    • Dill and parsley - to taste

Whisk all the ingredients of the dressing into a homogeneous mass. Wash the lettuce leaves thoroughly and dry. Tear into small pieces with your hands and place on a flat dish. Place a mixture of crab sticks, apple and onion on top. Drizzle dressing evenly. Garnish with quail egg halves.

Salad for mussel lovers

For lovers of mussels, and I think there are quite a few of them, I have a recipe for preparing one delicious salad with mussels. Here's how it's prepared.

Ingredients:

  • small pack of mayonnaise,
  • three chicken eggs,
  • small jar of mussels
  • small can of canned corn.
  • a little hard cheese (one hundred grams)
  • two hundred grams of chicken meat.
