Small pieces add garlic and ginger from the marinade to the belly of the bird. Place the duck on a rimmed baking sheet lined with foil or parchment. To make the duck look beautiful after cooking, you can apply sharp knife notches on the skin of the duck breast. Send the duck to bake for 30-40 minutes at the lower middle position of your oven.




Meanwhile, prepare the potatoes; they will be used as a side dish. Rinse the potatoes thoroughly with a brush and cut into slices.
