Ingredients:
- chicken fillet - 600 grams,
- breadcrumbs - 100 grams,
- egg - 1 piece,
- vegetable oil for frying
- spices to taste.

For chicken sticks cut the fillet into pieces. I usually cut each half in half lengthwise, and then cut each piece into sticks. I don’t beat the fillet, it already turns out very juicy and tender. Salt and pepper the fillet.




Separately, beat one egg with the addition of a small amount water. I dip the fillet in the egg.




Then I roll a piece of chicken on each side in breadcrumbs. You can take not simple breadcrumbs, but with seasonings. Or make them yourself. For one part of crackers, take a pinch of salt, curry, black pepper and paprika. The more paprika you put in, the more beautiful the color of the finished dish will be.




I pour vegetable oil into the pan and let it heat up, and then I spread the chicken fillet in breadcrumbs.






I fry them over medium heat until golden brown. So that they are not very greasy, put the finished sticks on a paper towel. It will absorb excess fat. Also, such sticks can be fried in a slow cooker. You can use less vegetable oil but it will take a little longer to cook.




Chicken fingers can be served with any side dish, or can be served as independent dish as an appetizer. Ketchup, mayonnaise, tartar sauce - all these additions are welcome.
