Put the fish in the oven to bake. We cook at 200 degrees for 12-15 minutes. Better pollock do not overexpose, otherwise you will get a dryish fish.

In addition to soy sauce, you can add mayonnaise, mustard and lemon juice, which goes well with all types of river and sea fish.

Option 3: Pollack fillet in the oven (with cheese)

We shift the pieces of pollock fillet together with mayonnaise into a mold. Grate the cheese coarsely and immediately add the fish. If there is not enough cheese, then it's okay, just the crust will be thinner.

We put the pollock fillet in the oven, cook for 20-22 minutes at 200 degrees. Let's focus on cheese. As soon as a beautiful crust appears, you can take out the fish.

It is very important not only to properly cook, but also to defrost the fish. It is unacceptable to lower the pollock or its fillets in warm water, keep on a heating radiator or just in a hot place, use a microwave oven. Nothing good will come of this approach. It is better to get the pollock in advance and keep it on the bottom shelf of the refrigerator for 8-12 hours so that it thaws slowly.

Option 4: Pollock in foil in the oven (with onion and lemon)

Another pollock recipe in the foil oven, also very simple and does not require outstanding culinary skills. You can cook with both sour cream and mayonnaise. The fat content of the products used does not matter.

Cut the pollock into portioned pieces or a little smaller. We try to use sharp knife to make a neat cut. Fins and tails are easy to cut with scissors. Transfer the fish to a bowl.

Cut the washed lemon in half. Squeeze and pour juice over the prepared pieces. Immediately sprinkle with seasoning for fish, add mayonnaise or sour cream. Mix thoroughly.

Chop the onion into strips, add to the chopped pollock. You can leave to marinate or immediately start cooking. We heat the oven to 180-190 degrees.

We unfold the foil, but do not tear it off the roll, put the free edge into the mold, making small sides, and distribute the pieces of fish in an even layer.

We unfold some more foil, cover the pollock on top. We twist the bottom and top edges to make a closed bundle.

We put the bundle with the fish for 20 minutes in the oven. Then carefully push the form (or baking sheet), pry the foil with a knife, cut it and unfold it to the sides. Cook pollock for another 10 minutes.

Even if the recipe does not include onions, you can put it under the fish so that it does not stick to the form or to a piece of foil. You can also use chopped or grated carrots.

Option 5: Pollock with potatoes in the oven

The simplest and tasty way cooking pollock with potatoes in the oven. The fish turns out juicy and tender, no additional garnish is needed for it. This recipe is also with mayonnaise, but you can also take sour cream, only with a good fat content of at least 20%. Here, cheese is added for a beautiful crust, but you can cook the dish without it.

  • 1 kg of pollock;
  • 6 potatoes;
  • 150 g of mayonnaise;
  • spices;
  • some oil;
  • 100 g of cheese.

How to cook

Gut and wash pollock carcasses. Cut into slices as you like, but it is better not very large, so as to completely cover the layer of potatoes. Add mayonnaise to the pollock, the whole sauce at once, salt and pepper. Mix well. We leave for a quarter of an hour, you can marinate the fish longer.
Step 2:

In the meantime, you can peel the potatoes. We cut it not thick, so as not to keep the fish in the oven for too long, not to overdry. Sprinkle with spices, you can just salt. It is not necessary to grease the potato, it will be saturated with juices flowing down from the pollock.

Pour potatoes onto a greased baking sheet, level, spread pollock. Mayonnaise, which is stacked on the bottom of the bowl along with spices and fish juices, carefully pour everything on top.

Bake for 35 minutes at 180 degrees. Then sprinkle a little pollock with grated cheese, cook for about ten more minutes. We check the puncture potatoes. If it is cooked, you can take out the dish.

Cut the onion into strips, rub the carrot in the same way. We immediately mix the vegetables together and be sure to salt, otherwise after cooking the dish will have a sweet taste, you can pepper it.

We cut pollock into pieces, which will be convenient not only to lay in pots, but also to get them out. We also season with spices.

We spread the oil in pots. Their number depends on the size, but it does not really matter. Pour some vegetables on the oil, put pollock, sprinkle with onions and carrots. We fill the pots in this way to the very shoulders.

We spread the sour cream mixed with garlic in pots. Close, put in the oven for 50 minutes, set 180-190 degrees.

If the pots are new, then before use they need to be washed, put in a cold oven, turned on for 200 and calcined for 15-20 minutes.

Option 7: Pollack fillet in the oven with mayonnaise and tomatoes

A chic version of a pollock dish in the oven with mayonnaise. Additionally, you will need a piece of cheese and a dense tomato.

We wash the rice, do this about five times (or more) until the water is completely transparent. Add chopped carrots and chopped onions to it, salt and pepper, stir.

We tie the sleeve on one side, spread the rice with vegetables, level the layer. From above we scatter pieces of fish in mayonnaise. I put bay leaves.

We measure out two glasses of water or fish broth, carefully pour it into the sleeve, lifting it up. We tie, make a puncture on top. We put in the oven for 40 minutes. Cooking at 170 degrees.

In exactly the same way, pollock with buckwheat is prepared, the ratio of cereals and water for crumbly porridge 1:2.

  • 30 g of oil;
  • 1-2 tomatoes;
  • 3 spoons of mayonnaise.

How to cook

We cut the pollock into pieces, season with mayonnaise, mix thoroughly with spices for even distribution, leave to marinate. You can use fillet for this dish, it will be even better.

We chop the onion into half rings. Cut mushrooms into slices. If the mushrooms are frozen, then let them thaw, squeeze out excess moisture. We take a frying pan, pour oil, spread the mushrooms with onions and fry for about five minutes. That is, we do not bring to full readiness, only slightly. Transfer to a baking dish, season with spices.

Spread on pollock mushrooms. Add chopped tomato if you like. Sprinkle top with grated cheese. Bake for 20-25 minutes at 200 degrees.
