Cut the herring fillet into thin strips. Mix all prepared products. Sour cream, curdled milk, sunflower oil and fructose mix and pour herring salad with them. Season it with parsley.   • white vinegar- 100 ml.
  • mustard seeds - 2 teaspoons
  • cloves - 3-4 buds
  • sugar, salt - 1 teaspoon each
  • ground black pepper - 0.5 tsp

Cooking:

1. Prepare the marinade. To do this, boil water. Add salt, sugar, pepper and cloves. Boil everything together for 2-3 minutes. Cool the broth a little.
