I keep it in boiling water for a short time. Then pepper - I prefer thin stripes, I don’t like large squares. Well, and finally, pieces of feta.
Pour the filling over everything and let it sit for 10-15 minutes, then put it in plates and mix it there. Nobody here likes olives, so I don’t make them, in my opinion, they are superfluous there. And so very tasty.

7. Cut the cooled pork heart into small cubes. First into thin plates, and then crushed into large straws. You shouldn’t grind it too much so that you don’t end up with “crumbs.” The meat in the dish should be felt.


8. Grate hard cheese.

To thinly squeeze out mayonnaise, you can use regular plastic bag, since it’s not very convenient to grease the layers with a spoon. To do this, place the sauce in a bag and simply cut off the tip, then squeeze it out in small portions onto each layer.

4. Meanwhile, our onions have already been pickled. Do not keep it in the marinade for a long time, it will become sour. Squeeze it well and try it. If it is such that you want to eat it just like that, then leave it as is. If it turns out to be sour, rinse it under running cold water.

To close the edges of the straw, decorate the bottom and top with olives. At the same time, we no longer need the bread that served as the basis of the basket.

Place the prepared salad in the basket. All that remains is to decorate the basket with flowers.

Our petals will be small lettuce leaves. We place radish circles on them in the form of violets, and decorate the center of the flowers with grated yolks.

  • Cucumber - 1 pc.;
  • Carrots (boiled) -1 pc.;
  • Beetroot (boiled) - 1 pc.;
  • Potatoes (boiled) - 2 pcs.;
  • Cheese - 100 gr.;
  • Salt, mayonnaise - to taste.

For the pancakes (flowers):

  • Egg - 1 pc.;
  • Milk - 1 tbsp.;
  • Wheat flour - 3 tbsp;
  • Vegetable oil - 1 tsp.

Cooking method:

1. Peel the herring and remove all the seeds. Finely chop into pieces and place on a flat dish as the first layer. Lubricate a little with mayonnaise.
