As you probably already understood, today I am sharing with you different recipes for making charlotte. There will be five of them, according to the number of days for which I prepared them. So choose any, to your taste.

The first recipe will be the main - classic. This is the basis on which all other cooking methods rest. Knowing the basics, you can cook absolutely any charlotte. And they cook it not only with apples, you can add other fruits, as well as nuts, raisins. You can cook it in the oven, slow cooker and even in the microwave.

So let's start with the first recipe.

We will need:

  • flour - 1 cup
  • sugar - 1 cup
  • eggs - 4 pcs
  • baking powder - 1 teaspoon
  • vanillin - on the tip of a knife
  • apples - 350-400 gr (4-5 pieces)

Cooking:

1. We take out the eggs from the refrigerator and beat them into foam. Eggs must be cold, this will achieve the splendor of the dough. We use a mixer for whipping.



2. Add sugar and beat everything together. If you do not like very sweet pies, then sugar can be poured and a little less than a glass. I add an incomplete glass, because for our taste, with a full glass, the cake turns out to be very sweet.


3. Add vanillin, or vanilla sugar. Or you can add cinnamon - 2 teaspoons. Let's add one thing. We mix.

4. Gradually introduce flour in small portions. Mix thoroughly each time. Again, to make the dough airy, it is best to sift the flour. So it is more saturated with oxygen.


5. Add baking powder. Or instead, you can add soda on the tip of a knife, slaked with vinegar.

6. This ingredient is not in the recipe, since it is not in the description of classic recipes, but I always add a teaspoon of cognac to the biscuit dough. You can also add brandy or rum. With the addition of alcohol, the dough becomes even more tasty and airy.


7. Cut apples into slices at your discretion. You can cut into slices, you can cubes, or sticks. The main thing is not to cut too finely, otherwise it will be difficult to find apples in the pie later.

3. Add melted butter. The oil should not be hot.

4. Pour the baking powder into the mass. Mix everything until smooth.

6. Add semolina to the butter-egg mixture and mix well.
