How to cook

Break four eggs into a bowl. Add starch, flour, beat thoroughly. After adding the ripper and adding a little salt, beat the mixture again. Stir parsley into the resulting dough.

Grate the cheese into a separate plate on a fine grater. Add sour cream and mix thoroughly. Mayonnaise can successfully replace sour cream if you add a little chopped garlic to the mixture.

Place the frying pan on medium heat. After greasing the bottom with oil, warm it well. Pour the prepared dough into the frying pan in small portions and fry the pancakes on both sides. After removing it to a plate, immediately grease it with cheese mixture and roll it into a tube.

Cut crab sticks and tomatoes into small cubes. Finely chop the onion feathers and eggs. Combine everything in a bowl, add the corn, dried from the marinade. After adding a little salt, season the crab salad with warm mayonnaise.

  • a jar of large, sweet corn;
  • four eggs, pre-boiled;
  • 200 gram pack of chilled crab sticks;
  • large, slightly sour apple;
  • three tablespoons of oil;
  • seven tablespoons of 20 percent sour cream;
  • small lemon;
  • a teaspoon of hot mustard.

Step by step recipe

If you decide to speed up thawing in water, do not put sticks in it without sealed packaging and do not use warm water. After defrosting in hot water the surface of semi-finished products becomes slimy, which can lead to a change in taste and speed up the spoilage of the finished salad.

Remove the packaging from the crab sticks and cut into large cubes. We cut the eggs into proportional slices and pour them into a bowl together with the crab meat.

Squeeze lightly Korean carrots. After shortening the straw, place it on top of the eggs and chopsticks. Add corn, press a spoonful of garlic through a press, mix.

  • canned corn - 5 tbsp. l.;
  • half a glass of boiled rice;
  • 250 gr. crab sticks;
  • half a glass of sour cream or mayonnaise;
  • a large bunch of dill;
  • 70 grams of cheese;
  • pomegranate seeds - 1 tbsp. l.

Step by step recipe

Rice should be cooked in advance so that it has time to cool. Don't forget to rinse the cooked rice and place in a colander to dry.

Cut crab sticks into small cubes, tomatoes into proportional slices. If you find tomatoes with a lot of seeds, use a spoon to remove them after cutting the tomatoes in half.

In medium-sized cubes, slightly larger than crab cubes, cut half of the apple, peeled and seeded. Finely chop the dill.

Place crab sticks, most of the tomato and apple slices into a bowl. Add corn and rice and mix thoroughly with sour cream.

We form the salad. It can be laid out in the form of a wreath or Christmas tree. To place a wreath in the center of the dish, place a glass of suitable diameter and lay out the salad, compacting it with your hands. Then carefully remove the container and generously sprinkle the surface with dill. We place whole crab sticks on the salad in the form of candles and imitate the flame with slices of tomatoes. Between the “candles” we scatter corn and pomegranate grains.

In the same way, placing the salad on a dish, form a Christmas tree with your hands and decorate the surface with chopped dill. For the top, a star is cut out from the pulp of a tomato, and patterns in the form of tinsel are applied with mayonnaise or sour cream. Pomegranate and corn seeds are laid out to imitate toys.

Option 7: “Corn” - original crab salad with corn

The following recipe is not very different in composition, but the design is carefully thought out. The products and their method of preparation are also selected taking into account the shape of the finished treat.

Ingredients:

  • four boiled eggs and two carrots;
  • boiled potatoes in jackets - 4 medium tubers;
  • large fresh cucumber;
  • 150 gr. corn in light brine;
  • mayonnaise;
  • 200 grams of high-quality, non-moist crab sticks;
  • onion feathers for salad decoration.

How to cook

All products that need to be boiled should be prepared in advance so that they have time to cool to room temperature.

Cleaning boiled potatoes, rub through coarse grater straight into the serving dish. Lightly tamping, with your hands or a fork, we form two thin layers in the form corn cobs. Lightly add salt and generously grease with mayonnaise.

Finely grate boiled carrots on top of the potatoes and lightly coat with mayonnaise.

Cover the carrot layer, crushed coarse crab sticks, and again apply mayonnaise in a thin layer.

Using a large grater, grate the cucumber onto a flat plate. Decant the juice and place the fourth layer of salad.

Lastly, rub the eggs onto the cucumbers and grease the surface of the salad well with mayonnaise.

We wash the liver, cut off all excess, remove the film. Dropping in cold water, boil until done. In order for the liver to cook well, after boiling it is enough to cook for 40 minutes at low simmer. After cooling, cut into thin strips, up to four centimeters long.

Would a traditional celebration be complete without a luxurious table, and that, in turn, without salads? In a couple of years, new recipes become so familiar that it seems that a feast has never been prepared without them. Crab meat salads with canned corn are so varied that it’s hard to even come up with a name for them; it’s easier to name them by the main products. Let's start, perhaps, with the most familiar treat.

Ingredients:

  • round grain rice (cereal) - 80 g;
  • 200 gram package of chilled semi-finished crab products;
  • small onion;
  • two eggs;
  • four spoons of Provencal mayonnaise;
  • a jar of canned corn.

Step-by-step recipe for crab salad with corn

After sorting, fill the rice with cool water. After adding a little salt, place the pan on the stove and bring, stirring occasionally, to a boil. Next, cook until tender at a low boil. After rinsing the cooked rice with cold water, place it on a sieve.

Boil the eggs. To prevent the yolk from spreading, eggs should be cooked at a boil for 10 minutes. After cooling with cold water, peel the shells from the eggs and wash them just in case - small fragments of the shell may stick to the whites, they must be removed.
