How can you diversify a standard recipe?

Banana muffins

  • To make the taste of the products more intense, you can add a little vanilla sugar, ground cardamom or chopped cinnamon to the recipe.

Carrot muffins

  • Pickled and finely grated pumpkin goes well with carrots. Just add no more than one tablespoon of this component to the dough and you will see that the recipe will only benefit from it.

Berry muffins

  • Lean muffins with cherries are simply excellent, try using them instead of blueberries. You can also use fresh raspberries, strawberries and lingonberries in the recipe.
  • The dough for any type of muffin should have the consistency of thick homemade sour cream, since a more elastic and dense base can cause excessive settling of the finished product.
  • If you are already experienced in making muffins, I suggest you try your hand at implementing other recipes. For example, your family will like tender or wonderful, very appetizing looking ones. It is also worth noting that unsweetened products are excellent.
