    • Hard cheese - 100 g

    Cut the chicken fillet into cubes, fry in a pan and salt and pepper to taste. Grate hard cheese on a medium grater. Cut the tomato and bell pepper into large cubes.

    Roll into a tight roll, divide into two or three parts so that the roll fits in your pan. Put the rolls on a preheated pan without oil or fry one by one on both sides until golden brown, but no more than 3 minutes on each side.

    Chicken fillet can be replaced with sausage or ham. It won't spoil the taste.

    Ingredients:

    • Feta cheese - 100 g
    • Zucchini - 1 pc.
    • Eggplant - 1 pc.
    • Tomatoes - 1 pc.
    • Bulgarian pepper - 1 pc.
    • Red onion - 1 pc.
    • Olive oil - 40 ml
    • Ground cumin - 5 g
    • Ground cinnamon - 5 g
    • Ground ginger - 5 g
    1. Preheat the oven to 150 degrees.
    2. Cut eggplant and zucchini into thin slices.
    3. Peel the onion and cut into half rings.
    4. Drizzle eggplant and zucchini olive oil and grill for 10 minutes, do not forget to turn over as needed, then cut the finished plates into strips.
    5. Bulgarian pepper cut in half, peel and also fry on the grill, cut the pepper into strips.
    6. Cut the tomato into cubes, mix with cooked vegetables and season with cumin, cinnamon and ginger.
    7. Crumble cheese and mix with seasoned vegetables.
