Cooking steps

Using a mixer, beat and add flour. Whisk everything thoroughly until smooth. The omelette preparation will be liquid, like thin pancakes. Before each use, the resulting dough must be mixed well.

Grease a hot frying pan with sunflower oil and pour in one ladle of omelette dough. At the same time, we hold the pan suspended by hand and make small circular movements, thus distributing the dough evenly over the entire surface of the pan. Then put the frying pan on the fire and cover with a lid for 2 minutes. There is no need to turn the omelette pancake over - the roll preparation is ready. Place on a paper base to remove excess oil.

Place the pancake with the uncooked side up and brush with mayonnaise.

How to make egg roll with cheese and garlic

First, let's prepare a cheese omelette. For it we take 4 eggs, 125 g of mayonnaise, a piece hard cheese, salt and pepper.
Break 4 eggs into a bowl, add mayonnaise and spices. Using a regular whisk (or even a fork), mix everything until smooth.


Immediately rub a handful of hard cheese into a bowl (by the way, if you like the aroma of herbs, then add a little dried basil and thyme). Stir cheese into omelette mixture.


Line a baking tray with oiled paper. The paper must be good quality, if you don’t trust it, then lubricate its surface with a thin layer of vegetable oil. Cook the omelette over low heat for just a few minutes. Our task is not to fry the mass, but only to wait for it to set. Place the finished omelette on a flat surface. I place the bottom side up so that the outside of the roll looks more delicate, with a pleasant yellow tint.

Distribute the filling evenly on top, stepping back a little from one edge.

Then, pressing the omelette tightly with your hands, roll it up.
