How to cook an omelette with ham and cheese in the oven:

Beat eggs with sour cream, add chopped parsley, grated cheese and salt and pepper, mix everything well.

Cut the ham into small cubes and, together with the chopped onion, fry in a pan with butter and put in a baking dish.

Pour the egg mixture over the ham and place in the preheated oven. Bake for approximately 20 minutes.

Check for readiness by piercing the omelet with a knife or fork. Cut the finished omelet into portions.

According to this recipe, you can make an omelet by replacing ham and cheese with pre-fried vegetables, or finely chopped meat (any), or salted, smoked fish.

You will need:

1. Eggs - 4 pcs,
2. Tomatoes - 3 pieces of medium size,
3. Pitted black olives - 20 pcs,
4. Cheese - 100 g,
5. Butter- 2 tbsp. spoons,
6. White wine - 2 tbsp. spoons,
7. fresh greens- a handful (or dried - 1 tablespoon),
8. Ground pepper - to taste.

How to cook an omelette with tomatoes and olives:

Beat eggs with a fork with wine and pepper. Pour the egg mixture into the hot skillet with the oil and place the olives cut into halves. Keep on fire for 2 minutes, stirring from the edges to the center, so that the whole omelet becomes the same consistency. Then spread the chopped tomatoes on top, sprinkle with grated cheese and herbs, put the pan in a heated oven for 1 minute to melt the cheese and warm up the tomatoes. Serve with toasted bread.

You will need:

1. Eggs - 4 pcs for an omelet,
2. Eggs - 2 pieces additionally,
3. Finely chopped salted mushrooms - ¼ cup,
4. Ham - 4 thin slices,
5. Vegetable oil- 2 tbsp. spoons,
6. Milk or cream - 2 tbsp. spoons,
7. Cognac - 2 teaspoons,
8. Chopped green onions - a handful,
9. Black ground pepper and salt - to taste.

How to cook an omelette with ham and salted mushrooms:

Pour oil into a preheated frying pan, put the ham, quickly turn the slices over and carefully break 4 eggs into the free spaces. Keep on fire for 4-5 minutes without a lid.
Then quickly mix the remaining 2 eggs with milk and cognac, pepper and salt and pour into the pan. Keep on fire for another 1-2 minutes. Then evenly spread the mushrooms on top, cover the pan with a lid and cook for about 2 more minutes. Omelette is ready! Transfer it to a dish and sprinkle green onion. Bon appetit!

You will need:

  1. White bread- 50 g,
  2. Eggs - 3,
  3. Cheese - 50 g,
  4. Milk - 3 tbsp. l,
  5. Rust oil - 1 tbsp. l.

How to make an omelette with cheese and white bread:

1 OPTION. Soak white bread without crust in milk, put eggs in it and beat. Then mix with grated cheese, put on a preheated pan and fry until tender.

Option 2 - in the oven. Soak white bread without crust in milk, put egg yolks into it and beat, then mix with grated cheese. Beat the whites separately, mix with the prepared mass and immediately bake in the oven in a greased form. You will get a very fluffy omelet!
