Today we propose to boil it until soft, and then bake it under a cheese crust with the addition of your favorite spices. Ingredients:

  • 450 grams of cauliflower;
  • a spoonful of refined oil;
  • salt/ fresh dill in cabbage;
  • 210 grams of Russian cheese;
  • water for cooking cabbage.

Step-by-step recipe for cauliflower in the oven with cheese

Cut a large stem from a small head. Separate the cabbage into small florets with your hands. Transfer to a bowl of water and rinse thoroughly.

How to cook

It is quite acceptable to replace the used sour cream with cream or mayonnaise. In the first case, it is recommended to add them as described above, and in the second case, at the very end before sending them to the oven so that the dressing does not curdle.

It is undesirable to cook cauliflower with sour cream immediately, without pre-training. Forks need to be cleaned of leaves, cut off spoiled inflorescences.
