Step 4: prepare the onions and carrots.



Peel the carrots and rinse well with running water, do not forget to also cut off the tips on both sides. Peel the onion from the husk and rinse. Cut the peeled vegetables into small cubes, but if desired, carrots can be chopped with a coarse grater.


Heat some vegetable oil in a frying pan and add the onion to it. Fry the vegetable pieces over medium or low heat until lightly translucent, then add the carrots, stir and continue to simmer 7-10 minutes. During this time, the vegetables will become softer and change color a little, but be careful and attentive, nothing should burn, too strong a golden crust is also not desirable.

Step 5: cook rusty soup with smoked chicken.
