Grate the hard cheese on a fine grater and then place it in a deep bowl. You will subsequently need to knead the minced meat in it to fill the crab rolls. The easiest way to grate cheese is long time chilled in the refrigerator. Some chefs even recommend keeping the product in the freezer for twenty minutes.

In warm water with added baking soda Rinse the chicken eggs thoroughly and then boil them until tender. To prevent the shell from cracking, always immerse the product in cold and highly salty water. The boiling time for hard-boiled eggs is seven minutes after the liquid boils.

Pour the prepared eggs for five minutes cold water, and then clean it.

Grate the eggs, without separating the yolk and white, on a fine grater.

Carefully pour the egg mixture into the cheese.

Rinse a bunch of dill well in running water. Shake off excess water and then lay the sprigs on paper towels to dry for a few minutes. This way, chopped greens will be easy to separate, and any dish will look more appetizing..

Place the greens in a bowl with the rest of the filling ingredients.

Peel two cloves of garlic and then grate them or put them through a press.

Add the garlic to the mixture in a bowl, and then add three tablespoons of high-fat mayonnaise there. Low-fat mayonnaise will make the mixture runny, so avoid using it in this recipe. Carefully move the mixture with a spoon to obtain a homogeneous filling..

Thaw the crab sticks. This can be done by placing the sealed container in a container of cold water or simply leaving the product on the counter for about ten minutes.

Remove the crab stick from its individual thin polyethylene packaging. This is easy to do: just lightly press the packaged stick at one end or use scissors.

Unfold the product as shown in the photo. Fresh and well-thawed records will not crack or fall apart.

Carefully spread some of the prepared filling over the crab stick.

Roll into a log, pressing lightly stuffed stick as shown in the photo.

Colored food coloring the edge should be on top.

Place the rolls on top of each other, and then place the snack in the refrigerator for fifteen minutes.
