And despite the fact that fruits lose some of their vitamins under the influence of high temperature during baking, many substances completely retain their beneficial features. Here, judge for yourself. Select larger apples for cooking, smooth, without defects and damage, it’s good if these are apples of late varieties. Wash them thoroughly and leave them to dry for a while. Then cut off the apples upper part with a handle and take out the entire middle with bones. This can be done using sharp knife or a teaspoon. Cover the bottom of the baking sheet or baking dish intended for preparing this dish with parchment or foil so as not to suffer later with washing them from the juice released during cooking. 500 g apples
100-150 g pumpkin,
2 tbsp cinnamon,
1-2 tbsp Sahara.
