  • 1 large bell pepper;
  • 3-4 ripe tomatoes;
  • can of tuna own juice;
  • olive oil 3-4 st. spoons;
  • dry or fresh spices(rosemary, thyme, basil);
  • 2 cloves of garlic;
  • lemon juice;
  • 1 st. a spoonful of sugar;
  • quail eggs 6-8 pieces;
