  1. Cut the washed and dried young zucchini into rings 1 centimeter thick. I used zucchini, but you can use any zucchini: preferably with small seeds inside.
  2. Place in a bowl, add plenty of salt, mix, and pour everything into a colander. Leave for 20-30 minutes to allow excess juice from the zucchini to drain. To speed up the process, I put a small pressure on top (I press it down with a flat plate, and put the floor on top of it liter jar with water).

Milk and eggs are combined in one deep container. All this is salted, sprinkled with seasonings, beaten and mixed with pureed cottage cheese, grated cheese and granulated garlic. The resulting mass is placed in an oiled, heat-resistant form and covered with zucchini rings. The future dish is generously sprinkled with grated cheese and removed for heat treatment. Prepare cottage cheese with zucchini slices in an oven heated to one hundred and eighty degrees, no longer than forty-five minutes.

Casserole with sour cream filling

This easy-to-prepare dish is an excellent addition to any meat product. It has a delicate consistency and subtle pleasant taste. To create it you will need:

  • a kilo of young zucchini;
  • a glass of sour cream;
  • 3 eggs;
  • ¼ stick of butter;
  • a teaspoon of salt;
  • fresh herbs and ground pepper.

Before baking zucchini into slices in the oven, they are washed, dried and cut into thin rings. Vegetables prepared using this method are salted and left for fifteen minutes. Then they are placed in a pan, poured with sour cream and simmered on the stove for half an hour.

After thirty minutes, the zucchini is carefully removed and placed on an oiled baking sheet. Sour cream, in which they simmered over the fire, mixed with eggs, salt and chopped herbs, is poured on top. Cook the casserole at one hundred and eighty degrees until the sauce thickens.

Option with mushrooms

This simple and very tasty casserole consists of almost only vegetables. Therefore, it may well be considered dietary. To prepare it you will need:

  • a couple of zucchini (preferably young ones with thin skin);
  • 300 grams of fresh champignons;
  • medium bulb;
  • 40 grams of any hard cheese;
  • salt, herbs and spices.

Place washed and cut zucchini into rings into an oiled pan. Mushroom slices and chopped onions are placed on top. All this is salted, seasoned with spices, sprinkled with grated cheese and chopped herbs. The mold is covered with foil and sent for further heat treatment. Cook champignons and zucchini in circles in the oven (recipes with photos of similar dishes can be found in this article) at two hundred and twenty degrees for twenty minutes. After this, carefully unfold the foil and bake until golden brown.

Option with canned tomatoes

This delicious casserole with an appetizing crispy crust, you can eat it as a separate dish or use it as a side dish for meat or fish. It has a slightly sour taste and a delicate vegetable aroma.

Required ingredients:

  • 700 grams of young zucchini;
  • a couple of cloves of garlic;
  • 200 grams canned tomatoes;
  • medium bulb;
  • 3 large spoons each breadcrumbs and vegetable oil;
  • 150 grams of any hard cheese;
  • flour, salt and herbs.

The washed zucchini is cut into centimeter circles and placed in a bowl. Then they are rolled in a mixture of flour and salt and fried in an oiled saucepan. Some of the prepared zucchini is placed in a heat-resistant container and covered with a layer of vegetable frying made from chopped onions, canned tomatoes, chopped herbs and garlic. Place the remaining zucchini on top and sprinkle it all with grated cheese mixed with breadcrumbs. Cook zucchini slices in an oven heated to two hundred degrees for twenty minutes.

With fresh tomatoes

It's easy to prepare, but very tasty dish optimally suited for both adult and children's diets. It is served exclusively hot, so it is advisable to make it shortly before consumption. To feed your family a healthy casserole, you will need the following products:

  • a couple of zucchini;
  • 3 ripe tomatoes;
  • 5 large spoons of milk;
  • 60 grams of any hard cheese;
  • a pair of eggs;
  • 40 milliliters of sour cream;
  • a couple of sweet peppers;
  • salt, seasonings and fresh herbs.

All this is salted, seasoned with spices and greased with sour cream. After this, the casserole is poured with a mixture of milk and beaten eggs. Zucchini is perhaps the most summer vegetable. It appears on our menu in the spring and accompanies the whole summer. Since 100 grams of zucchini contains only 24 kcal, it is invariably present in all kinds of diets and is a success in the healthy nutrition system.
