To do this, lay out a ball of dough on a surface powdered with flour and begin to turn it into a pancake. I just do it with my hands, but you can use the services of a rolling pin. We form the dimensions slightly larger than the diameter of our form, so that we can, then form the sides.

Lubricate the form with vegetable oil and put the dough into it.
