salt, seasonings - to taste.

Preparation:
Mix kefir, egg, soda, butter, sour cream and flour and knead the dough to a slightly softer consistency than dumplings. Divide it into 2 parts. Distribute one part into a baking dish, pre-greased, and place finely chopped onion on it. Separate the raw chicken from the bones, add salt, add seasonings to taste and place on top of the onion (to make the chicken a little juicier, you can mix it with a small amount of mayonnaise). Roll out the remaining dough and cover the filling. Place the cake in an oven preheated to 200°C for 40 minutes.

It only remains to add that no matter what filling you prefer, your kefir pie, thanks to the presence of this truly miraculous drink in the dough, will turn out simply delicious!

Bon appetit and new culinary discoveries!
