One serving contains 220 kcal. For 6 servings you will need:

  • 500 g sea fish steaks;
  • 100 g tahini;
  • 1 medium carrot;
  • onion head;
  • 1 sweet pepper;
  • 2 cloves of garlic;

  • salt, carmadon and freshly ground black pepper - to taste;

Cooking algorithm:

  1. Prepare the fish fillet - wash and dry with a towel.
