  2. Chop the crab sticks in circles, send to the pan. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly. When the product is fried, mix it with onions.
  3. Add to the main components boiled quail eggs cut in half. Separately chop the mushrooms along the leg, fry until the volume is lost.
  4. Combine all ingredients in a salad bowl, season with salt and pepper. Season with low fat mayonnaise (up to 30%). Refrigerate for half an hour, then taste.

Salad with pickled mushrooms and crab

  1. Throw the pickled mushrooms into a colander, rinse with a tap to remove plaque. Then leave to drain the remaining liquid. Cut the mushrooms into small pieces, add some vinegar (you can skip this step).
  2. Boil eggs, cool and peel. Cut first into 2 parts, then chop into slices. Mix with mushrooms. Add chopped green onion, parsley and dill to this.
  3. Boil the steamed rice until tender and dry a little on a sieve. Salt, send to a salad bowl. Grind crab sticks in a convenient way.
  4. Connect all components. Optionally, you can add chopped fresh cucumber to the dish. Dress the salad with mayonnaise, sprinkle with grated cheese.

Crab salad with ham and potatoes

  • potatoes - 280 gr.
  • crab meat - 280 gr.
  • lime juice - 25 ml.
  • champignons - 160 gr.

  1. Rinse the mushrooms, cut them into slices along the stem. Fry for olive oil before volume reduction. Cool and remove excess fat. Boil potatoes, cut them into cubes.

  1. Spare chicken fillet from the films, boil the meat in low-salt water until tender. Cool, transfer to a skillet and fry for butter to the crust. Chop the hot chicken into slices, put in a salad bowl.
  2. Drain the brine from canned corn, partially dry the grains themselves from the remaining liquid and add to the chicken. After rinsing, chop the onion feathers in circles, mix with the bulk.
  3. Crab sticks must be thawed before room temperature. Then each copy is cut lengthwise, after which it is chopped into half slices.
