Cabbage salad with green peas "Zagorski"


This is also a nostalgic recipe. But not from school, but from the institute. In the student canteen, it was taken apart instantly, so those who wanted to taste the Zagorsky salad ran to the canteen in a hurry to grab a serving. And not only for themselves, but also for voracious classmates. I myself still wonder how such a yummy can be obtained from such a primitive set of products. A recipe for those who are in search of unusual culinary sensations. Everything here is actually quite simple. The ingredients can easily be bought at any supermarket. Unusual taste created by adding roasted peanuts to salad and original dressing V Asian style based on soy sauce.

  • 2 chicken fillets,
  • ¼ small head of cabbage
  • 1 medium carrot
  • 1 red onion
  • 3 art. tablespoons roasted peanuts

  • half a fresh lemon

  • 2 tablespoons of soy sauce.

Cut half of the onion into half rings. For dressing, mix the juice of half a lemon with one and a half teaspoons of sugar and two tablespoons of finished fish sauce(you can safely replace soy). Cabbage salad with apple and carrot

This juicy summer salad my mom often does. It needs young cabbage and ripe tomatoes. I hope you will like it so much that you will regularly cook it for dinner. And in winter ground tomatoes cherry tomatoes are quite successfully replaced - they have a rather natural taste, which is extremely important for this particular salad.

  • 1 young cabbage
  • 3 small tomatoes
  • 1/2 onion

Cabbage is finely chopped and rubbed with salt. Tomatoes are cut into slices, onions - into half rings. The greens are finely chopped. Everything is mixed and seasoned with vegetable oil. If you take unrefined, you get a nostalgic taste. This salad is one of those times when sunflower oil had a peculiar smell.

Salad with sauerkraut and ham

This is a German recipe. The Germans are very fond of combining sauerkraut with ham or bacon.

  • 100 g sauerkraut
  • 100 g ham (can be replaced with quick-fried chicken fillet)
  • ½ can of green peas (380 g)
  • ½ onion
  • 1 apple
  • vegetable oil

For this salad, I take. I cut the ham and apple into strips, finely chop the onion. I mix with peas and season with oil. Delicious!
