Mannik with apples in a slow cooker

Thanks to new developments kitchen appliances hostesses make their lives easier. We make the blank, put it in the bowl, turn it on, set the required mode and wait for the mannik with apples. The cake is prepared quickly and is very tasty. tender, air dough with fruit aroma. What could be better over a cup fragrant tea? And so, let's get started.

Everyone knows what a mannik is. This pie doesn't need much advertising. And every hostess has her favorite recipe, and sometimes even more than one. After all, dessert can be prepared on kefir, sour cream and milk.

Like all dishes that are very loved and often prepared, it has not remained unchanged. There is classic way cooking, and there are many modified options and variations. In them, as a rule, the main proportions are observed, but some pluses are added to this. additional ingredients that change the taste of the dish.

I must say that the cake is quite high in calories. So, if it is cooked on kefir, it contains 249 kcal per 100 g. And there are recipes in which flour is not added. Due to this, the calorie content of the dish is somewhat reduced. And if at the same time reduce the number of eggs, or even cook without them, then it can be reduced more significantly.

Today I propose to cook options that are different in composition of ingredients and taste. Among them there will be very simple ones, as well as more complicated recipes, very original and not often found.

Anyone who loves baking knows this recipe by heart. As far as I remember, I used it to bake my very first pastries, when I was still in the 5th or 6th grade.

And needless to say, the cake turned out great the first time. And this is so stimulating for further culinary experiments.

We will need:

  • kefir - 1 glass
  • flour - 1 cup
  • semolina - 1 cup
  • sugar - 1 cup
  • eggs - 2 pcs
  • salt - a pinch
  • soda, or baking powder (0.5 tsp, or 1 tsp, respectively)
  • butter - for greasing the mold - 15 gr

You can add a pinch of vanilla or a bag of vanilla sugar.

That is, remember elementary - one glass of all the main ingredients and 2 eggs. In this case, the size of the glass can be of any volume. The only important thing is that all the ingredients will be measured by only one.

Cooking:

It is advisable to get kefir and eggs out of the refrigerator in advance so that they warm at room temperature. With such products, the dough will rise better.

1. Break two eggs into the prepared bowl. Add sugar to them. If you want your baked goods to have vanilla flavor, then you can add vanilla, or vanilla sugar.

2. Stir first with a spoon so that the sugar does not scatter in different directions. And then knock down with a mixer until the mass turns white and all the sugar dissolves. And you can beat down with a whisk.

Now we are mixing it with a mixer. Before, they didn't even know the word. Therefore, they knocked down with a whisk. And even if it didn’t turn out white, they tried to break the sugar until the crystals dissolved.

3. Add kefir. If you have prepared soda, then extinguish it with vinegar by pouring a few drops into a spoon with it, and add it to the kefir mass. Stir the mixture. And you can immediately see how small bubbles appeared on the surface. Soda reacted with sour kefir.

It must be said that kefir does not have to be used fresh. Even if he stood in the refrigerator for a week, then you can safely take it for baking. And if it remains a little less than a glass, then the missing volume can be replenished with sour cream or milk. And it will be even better if the milk has fermented.

4. Pour semolina. And mix again until the lumps disappear and uniformity is obtained. Let stand for 5 minutes so that the cereal swells a little.

5. Then add the sifted flour. And if you decide to use not soda, but baking powder, then it also needs to be sifted along with flour. Gently fold the flour into the mixture. It will be difficult to mix with a spoon, a whisk. The mass turned out to be quite dense and viscous. And that's great, as it should be!

6. But in order for the dough to rise well during baking, it is advisable to let it stand for a while. During this time, all the ingredients will better disperse and reveal their full potential.

Sometimes there is no time to wait. Yes, and this pie is considered to be on " hastily". Therefore, sometimes you mix everything at once, especially without ceremony, and immediately into the oven. And even in such Spartan conditions, he always succeeds.

But if there is time, then let the dough brew, the cake will turn out to be more magnificent and crumbly.

I usually leave the dough for 30 minutes. During that time, the cereal will disperse, and the flour will become more sticky, viscous, and therefore homogeneous.

7. While the dough is infused, prepare the form. I usually bake these pies in a silicone mold. In it, it does not stick and rises well. And for me it is also important that he gets out of this form without any problems. Simply - simply "jumps" out of it.

But still, for fidelity, it is better to grease the form with butter. Firstly, the cake will certainly be easy to get after cooking, and secondly, it will acquire a pleasant aroma of so-called homemade baking.

8. Also, preheat the oven to 180 degrees. And now there are ovens that do not warm up in advance. So see which one you have. Usually, the oven should be heated for 15 minutes, setting the temperature to 180 degrees.

9. When the dough is infused, pour it into a greased form and put in the oven to bake. The baking time is usually 35 - 40 minutes, depending on how one or another oven bakes. If you already know for sure about all the features of your stove, then you can set a timer for this time and go about your business.

If you are just getting acquainted with the oven, then it is better to observe the process. Although it is not recommended to open it for 20 minutes.

During this time, the dough gains strength and rises to make our pastries fluffy and airy. Below is a video in which, in slow motion, you can see how the cake grows and blushes.

10. The finished cake should have a beautiful golden brown. Do not overdo it, otherwise the crust will be tough, and the dessert will lose some of its merits.

You can check if it's done by poking it in the middle with a toothpick. A fully baked dough will not leave a single mark on it. And this will be a signal that it's time to get pastries.

11. We got it, let it stand in the form for about 5 minutes. Firstly, both the form and the baking will cool slightly, and secondly, the cake will move away from the walls.

Then it will be easy to get it. To do this, you can cover it with a cutting board and turn the form over. When the mannik remains lying on the board “upside down”, then put a large flat plate on top and turn it over again.

In the future, serve in it, cut into pieces.

The cake can be eaten both hot and cold. Wash down with tea, and milk, and coffee - someone prefers something more.

On this basis, you can make any cakes. To do this, the cake is cut into two parts lengthwise, and each of them is smeared with the prepared cream. Decorate to your liking. A very convenient baking option for those who are just taking their first steps. And also, when guests are on the doorstep, or you just want to please your loved ones with something for evening tea.

Fluffy crumbly mannik without flour, cooked in the oven

Today we started talking about calories. So this recipe is just such, where we will try to reduce them. And simply put, we will cook a cake without flour. Interesting?! And I was very interested in what would happen when I first cooked in this way. There was no certainty in the result, and sheer doubts prevailed.

We will need:

  • kefir - 1.5 cups
  • semolina - 2 cups
  • sugar - 1 cup
  • egg - 3 pcs
  • baking powder for dough - 1 sachet 18 gr
  • lemon zest - 1 teaspoon without a slide
  • salt - a pinch
  • butter - for greasing the mold

I will bake in a cupcake mold with a diameter of 24 cm.

For decoration, I used ready-made vanilla icing and chopped nuts. But this is optional.

Cooking:

As you can see, the proportions of the previous recipe are practically preserved. We remember what they are - 4 glasses and 2 eggs. There are 4.5 cups and 3 eggs. And there is an explanation for this. Semolina swells more than flour, so an extra half a glass of kefir and 1 egg are added. If you add less, then the dough will not be the same. liquid consistency as needed, and the cake will be more difficult to rise.

That is, everything is easily explained. And so, let's start cooking.

1. Break the eggs into a bowl in which it will be convenient to work with a mixer. If there is no such assistant, then you can use a whisk. In this case, it will take a little more time to knock down, and the result will be the same.

2. Pour sugar and a pinch of salt, and mix the mass with a mixer. Knock down until all the sugar crystals are dissolved, and the mass turns white.

3. Add kefir. I took it out of the fridge in advance, however, like the eggs. In this state, kneading will be faster and easier, and ready dough it will turn out more airy, which will ultimately affect the quality of baking.

Continue kneading with a mixer or whisk.

4. Add lemon zest. I already have it ready-made, and I just pour it into the mass. But it does not always happen, and in this case, you just need to rub the skin of a pure lemon on a fine grater. Only rub one yellow part, the white one is bitter, and is not suitable for desserts.

Instead of lemon zest, you can use orange zest or vanilla sugar. Sugar in this case, you can add a whole bag. Or vanillin on the tip of a knife. Any taste aromatic additive will be in place.

5. Also add the baking powder for the dough. And in this case, one teaspoon, as usual, is not enough. Pour in the whole bag at once. Semolina is heavier than flour, and the baking powder will give it strength to rise. Add her too.

Continue to beat the mass with a whisk until it becomes homogeneous. There should be no lumps left in it, and many small bubbles will appear on the surface. The dough is alive, and it's good. All processes will continue, and baking will rise perfectly.

6. And for this, let's leave it to infuse for 30 minutes. During this time, the cereal will swell, and will not be hard in the finished baking.

7. You can bake in any form convenient for baking. It may be ordinary Silicone molds, and before they baked just in a pan.

I decided to use detachable form, into which a special insert for baking muffins is inserted. Its size is 24 cm in diameter.

The form must be generously greased with butter.

8. Cut off a piece of parchment paper and line it on a baking sheet. If the mass flows out, it will not stain it. Put a greased form on a sheet of paper.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.

9. Pour the dough into the mold in an even layer and place in the oven for baking for 35 minutes. Do not open the oven door for at least 20-25 minutes during baking.

During this time, the dough rises, and if the door is opened, it will fall off. In this case, the cake will turn out low and hard.

10. When 35 minutes have passed, open the oven door, take out the cake and pierce it right in the middle with a toothpick. It should be easy to get in and just as easy to get out. At the same time, there should not be any leftover dough on it. If the dough caught on a toothpick, then put another 5 minutes.

Also, the surface of the cake should not be overcooked. It has a nice ruddy look that pleases the eye.

11. Let the cake stand for 5 minutes right in the form. Then disconnect its clip and remove the form. And put the cake on a plate.

In principle, in this form, you can immediately eat it, without even waiting until it cools down. But today I am preparing it for you, dear readers. That's why I wanted to decorate it. At least in the simplest way.

12. I had two packets of vanilla frosting ready and there were also walnuts. I crushed about a handful of nuts with a rolling pin, and kneaded the icing with milk.

And when the cake cooled slightly, I poured all the prepared glaze on its surface. And sprinkled with nuts on top.

Now you can mannik and taste it. It's still slightly warm, and that makes it even tastier. Cut it into pieces and enjoy the taste. I will try to describe how it turned out.

Firstly, it has risen perfectly and has many holes inside, or air sinuses. Secondly, thanks to these sinuses, the sugar from the icing penetrated to the very bottom, and thanks to this, the cake turned out just incredibly juicy. As if it was soaked in some kind of jam, or syrup.

And so, a lush, airy, juicy, crumbly dessert turned out according to this recipe. I highly recommend making this one for you. He's great! Cook it at least once, and then you will cook it forever. I can’t say “only him”, because all the recipes that I share with you today are also delicious, just incredible!

This recipe is very similar to the first one. Therefore, in order not to delay your time detailed description I will only touch on the main points in this chapter. And if you decide to cook according to it, then see all the nuances in the first recipe.

1. Break the eggs into a bowl. Pour sugar and salt and mix everything with a whisk or mixer. It is desirable that the sugar is completely dissolved, and the mass brightens.

2. Add kefir, mix. Then add baking powder. Beat with a mixer until bubbles appear.

3. It's time to add semolina. Pour it into the mass, stir and let stand for 5 minutes.

4. Then sift the flour directly into the mixing bowl. It is necessary to do this to saturate it with oxygen and to further raise the dough.

Mix again until lumps disappear. Leave to infuse for 30 minutes.

5. While the dough is infused, prepare the form, namely, grease it with butter. You can also put the oven to warm up. We will need a temperature of 180 degrees.

6. After 30 minutes, stir the infused thick mass again with a spoon and pour in the berries. In summer, it can be any fresh berries or fruits. But it's winter now and I have frozen blueberries. Here it will be used as an additive.

I do not defrost it on purpose, so as not to color the dough. If the berry melts, then the dough will acquire a not very pleasant purple color. And I want it to look familiar. Therefore, I pour the berries directly from the freezer. Then mix the dough and immediately pour into the mold.

7. And without delay, put in a preheated oven. Within 20 minutes, the dough will already have time to rise and at the same time it will not have time to color. And only by that time the berries will finally warm up, but they will have nowhere to burst. Therefore, they will remain intact, and as if they had just been brought from the forest.

During the remaining 15 minutes of baking, they will warm up, and the cake will have an overall flavor component. That is, the total baking time will be 35 minutes. Well maybe 40.

8. After this time, take out the cake and try its readiness with a toothpick, piercing it in the thickest place, that is, in the center. If we took out a toothpick, but there was no left on it liquid dough So our cake is ready. You can finally get it.

9. Let it stand for 5-7 minutes. Then turn it over onto a cutting board, and then turn it over again onto a plate.

You can decorate it to your liking, or you can serve it just like that. I think he is so handsome.

In the section you can see that the dough is not colored, it is light and eye-catching. The berries burst, but only slightly. This suggests that they are fully warmed up and ready to be tasted. Along with the pie, of course.

10. Cut the dessert into pieces. We see that he has risen well and looks lush. The taste is very pleasant, slightly crumbly, with a pleasant slight sourness.

I don’t want to brag, because it’s immodest, but the cake turned out to be very tasty! The thing is, I love it. And I have them on my blog (there are two links, because there are two different recipes). So I decided to combine two of my favorite ways.

And the result is just great! I hope you can appreciate it too.

The original recipe for an incredibly lush "wet" manna

And this recipe most likely will not leave anyone indifferent. And it is possible that you have not even heard of this. This is a recipe for a "wet" manna. Ask why "wet"? Yes, because there is a secret in the recipe.

And I will share it today. And not only will I write how to cook according to it, but I will also show how to do it in a video that was filmed specially when preparing this article.

We will need:

  • kefir - 1 glass
  • cream - 1 cup
  • semolina - 1 cup
  • flour - 1 glass
  • sugar - 1 cup
  • egg - 2 pcs
  • butter - 50 gr
  • vanilla sugar - 0.5 - 1 sachet
  • baking powder for dough - 1 teaspoon
  • salt - 0.5 tsp

For decoration, we need 3 - 4 tablespoons of powdered sugar.

Cooking:

1. Sift flour into a bowl. Add salt and baking powder to it. Both can also be sifted if desired. Pour the prepared cereal here and mix. That is, in one bowl we mixed all the bulk components.

2. Pour kefir here. It is better to take it out of the refrigerator in advance so that it is not too cold. It would be ideal for him. room temperature. Set aside the resulting mixture, and proceed to the next step of preparation.

Mix mass. It will turn out thick and viscous, with a rather uneven structure. But for now, let's leave it as it is.

3. Break the eggs into a separate bowl. It is also better to get them out of the refrigerator in advance.

Add regular and vanilla sugar to them. Instead of vanilla sugar, you can simply add a pinch of vanillin. In this case ready pie will be less sweet.

Although, if you are sweet, then you can pour a whole bag. Baking will turn out sweeter and with a stronger aroma.

4. So that sugar does not scatter all over the table, first mix the mass with a spoon or spatula, and then connect a mixer or whisk to work. We want a smooth, sweet egg mixture that has turned white from beating and all the sugar crystals have dissolved in it.

5. Add it to the mixture, which was set aside until the time.

Mix both masses with a mixer until a homogeneous, even and sufficiently fluffy mixture without lumps is obtained.

6. Add melted butter and mix again. This time, until it is completely driven into the mixture, no oily circles should remain.

Leave about a teaspoon of oil for greasing the mold.

7. The resulting test must be given time to brew. It will be enough for him to stand for 15 - 20 minutes. During this time, the cereal will swell, the same will happen with flour. The dough will become more homogeneous and plastic and bake better.

8. Lubricate the mold with the remaining butter, and pour the dough into it.

9. Put the mold in an oven preheated to 180 degrees and bake until done. Depending on the properties of the oven, this will take approximately 40 minutes. It took me that much time.

After this time, take out the cake and check it with a toothpick if it is ready. If you pierce it in the center and the toothpick remains dry, then it's time to get it out completely.

10. But we still have cream, and we have not forgotten about them. It was their turn as well. They need to be poured directly on top of the ruddy crust of the pie. But as we can see, the liquid does not linger. It is immediately absorbed and soon not a single drop remains on the surface.

11. After this "alchemical" procedure, we allow the cake to stand and rest for 10 minutes right in the form. Then turn it over onto a wooden board.

We remove the form and turn it over on a large flat plate, we give the opportunity to cool a little more.

As you can see in the photo, the cake turned out very lush and beautiful. I already want to try it soon.

12. But I also wanted to decorate it in order to serve it with evening tea in all its glory. And as a decoration, I prepared powdered sugar. Therefore, I simply sprinkle it on a slightly cooled surface and go to put the kettle on. It's time to make tea and invite your family to an evening tea party.

This is how our dessert turned out in a section. As you can see, he is very tall, airy and lush. We always dream of getting all these qualities in any baking. And this recipe didn't let us down.

Let's try! The taste of the dessert is delicate, slightly velvety and creamy. And inside the dough itself is, as it were, slightly moist, that is, juicy. Cream gave him such an amazing effect. It would seem that such a seemingly simple manipulation, but what an interesting flavor combination happened.

True, I wanted to decorate it, and I sprinkled it with powdered sugar. And for me it turned out a little sweeter than I would like. I don't really like sweets. Therefore, if you are sweet, you can sprinkle. And if not, then come up with another decoration, or do not decorate at all.

Video on how to make a fluffy and delicious homemade cake

And here is the promised video. Here the whole cooking process is not only told, but also shown. Thanks to this, it will be very easy to cook on it even for those who have never cooked such pastries before, or nothing at all.

Let me remind you that this cake is called “Wet”. And he got such an interesting name because, after being baked, it is poured with cream. By the way, you can fill it not only with them. Milk is great for this too. At the same time, its fat content is much lower than that of cream. This means that you can remove extra calories.

Well, how do you like the recipe? Did you like it? He is really good. And it's easy enough to make a cake with it. And I think that it will be useful to every housewife. And if you like it, then put likes and subscribe to our channel. While he is still very young, this recipe is only the fourth. But we promise that it will be a lot of interesting and tasty.

Crumbly pie on kefir with apples, without eggs and flour

And according to this recipe, you can make a pie without eggs, and without flour. Yes Yes exactly. Of course, it will not turn out as lush and airy as the previous ones, but its taste will be just great. But it will be very crumbly and juicy.

We will need:

  • kefir - 500 ml
  • semolina - 2 cups (400 gr)
  • sugar - 160 gr (200 gr glass)
  • vanilla sugar - 25 gr (1 sachet)
  • butter - 100 gr
  • baking powder for dough - 1 teaspoon (possible with a slide)
  • salt - a pinch
  • apples - 2 pcs
  • powdered sugar - 2 tbsp. spoons (for sprinkling)

Cooking:

1. Pour kefir into a bowl convenient for kneading dough. You can take it with any fat content. Today I didn’t have enough kefir, and I added about half a glass of sour cream. So that in total I get two 250 gram glasses.

Keep this in mind, you can add a little fermented milk, drinking yogurt, sour cream, and even milk. But in the latter case, you will need to add a little semolina to achieve the desired dough consistency.

2. Pour cereal into a bowl. It can be measured with glasses of the same volume as kefir was measured. Mix the mass until smooth. You can just stir with a spoon.

We don’t have eggs, and therefore we don’t need to knock anything down. You can just use a spoon.

Leave the mass to infuse for 30 minutes. The cereal should swell. In this case, it will not be felt, and it will be easier for the dough to rise.

3. After 30 minutes, add salt, vanilla sugar and sugar, as well as baking powder for the dough. Please note that we do not take sugar 250 gram glass, and 200 grams. We also use vanilla sugar, and its weight is 25 gr. Therefore, if you have a 250 ml measuring cup, then first pour vanilla sugar into it, and then add regular sugar. He will be complete.

4. Melt the butter. You can do this in a water bath. It is not recommended to do this in the microwave. Although sometimes, of course, and use it.

Oil is better to use 82.5% fat. This is a product good quality and healthier than the 72% that use trans fats.

5. Add oil to the resulting mixture and mix until the color and consistency are uniform. Leave some oil to grease the mold.

6. Lubricate the mold and pour the resulting mass into it.

7. Peel the apples, remove the core and cut into slices. Place them on the surface in any order. There is a method in which only part of the dough is first poured into the mold. Then apples are laid out, and poured with the remaining dough.

But I wanted to make the cake beautiful, so I chose the first option.

8. My oven is already preheated to 180 degrees. Put the mold in it and bake for 35 - 40 minutes until the top of the pie becomes ruddy and the dough inside is baked. You can check readiness with a toothpick.

9. Take out the pastries and let them stand straight in the form for a while. 5-7 minutes will be enough. Then take out the cake and put it on a plate. Sprinkle with powdered sugar. You can eat directly hot, well, or cooled down, if it falls.

With us, such a mannik is eaten in 10 minutes, while the tea has not completely cooled down in a glass.

And so every time I cook it. Last time cooked it today. So the recipe is piping hot. The pie is gone, and its aroma is still preserved in the house. It has a very pleasant scent, by the way. It can only smell homemade baking with apples.

The taste of the cake is very delicate, creamy, with a slight sourness. But it depends on the variety of apples. I baked it with small Semerenko apples. The apples themselves are sweet and sour and very crumbly.

The pie turned out just as crumbly. It is very difficult to describe in words this or that taste. Therefore, I advise you to cook such a mannik, and be sure to try it. I think that this recipe will not leave you indifferent.

6. Lubricate the multicooker bowl with butter. Cut out a circle of baking paper according to the size of the bottom, and place it on the bottom. Pour half of the dough into the bowl. After standing, it became quite thick, which is good, so the filling will remain in the middle.

7. Pour all the filling at once. And then lay out the remaining dough. At the same time, it is good if the filling is completely covered.

8. When baking in the Redmond multicooker, set the Multicook mode. And bake at 125 degrees for 1 hour. If you have a multicooker of another brand, then you should bake in it in accordance with the instructions.

Hello readers and guests of the culinary blog site. I recently learned that you can bake a cake without flour, one might say, by chance. How can this be? But maybe. She lived for herself until the age of 38 and had no idea what mannik was and how easy it was to prepare.

In general, I had an idea to cook a banal charlotte, but in the process it turned out that there was little flour at home and yesterday someone ate an apple. Does this happen? And my husband really asked me to bake something, and it’s so reluctant to run to the store. Armed with a laptop and Google, I found what to create from the supplies that I had available: a simple recipe for manna on kefir came up to me. I will share them with you.

Frankly, it was at the time when I baked semolina pie for the first time, it didn’t work out for me, because I was in a hurry and made mistakes. It turned out that there are little tricks. I will try to cover all the nuances of cooking.

Ingredients

  • kefir - 200 ml;
  • semolina - 1 cup (250 ml);
  • butter - 50 g;
  • eggs - 2-3 pcs.;
  • sugar - 1 cup (200 ml);
  • vanilla sugar - 1 tsp;
  • baking powder - 2 tsp

How to cook mannik on kefir?

Since the position of flour is assigned to semolina in the recipe, it must first be soaked with kefir and let it swell well. This will take approximately 30-45 minutes of time. Why soak semolina? If you use not swollen semolina, then during baking, the semolina kernels can settle to the bottom and the dough will be heterogeneous, dense and raw from below. Therefore, the process of soaking and swelling is important if we want to get a fluffy cake.

Then beat eggs with sugar, add vanilla sugar, baking powder,

softened butter and mix well with kefir-semolina mixture.

There is also a belief that the whites need to be beaten separately, and then mixed with a spatula into the dough so that the cake layers are more fluffy and tender. I completely agree with this, if time permits, be sure to do so.

Another important point! Use baking powder, not soda, to make manna dough. Why? Once you're done, you'll understand everything.

Pour the finished dough into the prepared baking dish. It is desirable to take the form of a small diameter so that the cake is higher. A very good cake mold.

Bake like a normal cake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 40 minutes.

Here is such a simple pie - mannik on kefir. Still want to try using this classic recipe, cook mannik on sour cream with raisins and, I think, it will turn out just as tasty. I will continue to experiment. Friends, feel free to express your opinion in the comments, this is important to me.

You can cook a juicy, lush, fragrant manna without flour in 2 hours, taking into account the swelling time of semolina in 1 hour. It turns out to be very attractive and ruddy in appearance, you can serve such a dessert to your family for a sample immediately after it cools down along with hot drinks: tea, coffee, cocoa, etc.

Traditionally, such pastries are cooked on kefir, so we will not deviate from this rule. In addition, due to the fact that kefir is present in the dough, you do not need to add baking powder - 0.5 tsp is enough. soda without extinguishing it with vinegar. Be sure to soak semolina in kefir! If you ignore this, you will end up with pastries glued in the bottom area, since the semolina will simply sink to the bottom and stick together, and will not disperse over the dough.

Ingredients

  • 1 glass of kefir
  • 1 cup semolina
  • 2 chicken eggs
  • 50 g butter
  • 2 tbsp. l. vegetable oil
  • 0.5 tsp topless soda
  • 100 g granulated sugar
  • 2 pinches of salt

Cooking

1. Pour kefir into a deep bowl and pour semolina into it. Gently mix everything and leave for 1 hour in heat, stirring from time to time.

2. As soon as the specified time has passed, break the eggs into another container, add salt and sugar.

3. Beat the eggs with a whisk or in the bowl of a food processor until fluffy.

4. Melt the butter in the microwave or in a water bath, but not to a boil, pour it into the egg mass along with vegetable oil, semolina swollen in kefir, soda and mix for about 1 minute.

5. Line the baking dish parchment paper, grease it with vegetable oil. Pour the prepared dough into it and place it in an oven preheated to 170 degrees. Let's bake the dessert for 50–60 minutes, but on medium heat, without going beyond 200 degrees, so that it bakes evenly inside and out. Be sure to keep an eye on the baking surface so that it does not burn. If suddenly this happens, then cover it with foil or paper, continuing to bake further.

6. As soon as the specified time has elapsed, turn off the heat and remove the form with manna from the oven. Let cool for about 30-40 minutes in the cold.
