I advise you to start preparing a salad with arugula and chicken with a dressing, since it must be infused. To do this, pour into a small container olive oil, add a little balsamic bite, put minced garlic in the same place (I use a garlic press, but you can just chop finely) and black ground pepper taste. Our sauce is ready! Set it aside, after mixing.

It's time for the main ingredients. Wash the arugula under running water and drain on a paper towel to absorb the moisture. If there is no such towel, you can just wait until it dries.

Chicken breast, cleaned of bones and skin, cut in half and send to cook for 20-25 minutes. While the fillet is cooking and the arugula is drying, cut the cherry tomatoes (do not forget to wash them)

and grate the cheese on a medium grater.

After the fillet is cooked and cooled down a bit, cut it into small pieces. It remains to combine all the ingredients.

In a salad bowl, first load the leaves of arugula,

then we dilute the greens with chicken fillet, sprinkle the whole thing with cheese, and cherry tomatoes on top will make the desired accent.

First, thoroughly rinse the chicken breast and remove the bones from it. Next, put a pot of pre-poured water on medium heat and put the breast in it.

As soon as the water begins to boil in the pan, carefully remove the resulting foam with a spoon. After the breast is cooked, the pan should be removed from the heat, the breast should be removed from the formed broth and the breast should be allowed to cool.

Next, clean the shallot onion and cut into rings or half rings. Then we send the chopped onion to the pan, which we put on the fire, adding a little oil to it. Onions should be fried only lightly, until translucent, and then removed from the pan with a slotted spoon or spoon.
