  • Canned red beans - 800 g.
  • Tomato - 1 pc.
  • Fresh cucumber - 1 pc.
  • Onion - 1 head
  • Red bell pepper - 1 pc.
  • Green Bell pepper- 1 PC.
  • Wine vinegar or lemon juice
  • Vegetable oil
  • Salt, ground black pepper

Preparation:

We will prepare this salad with you from canned red beans, they are healthier than white ones. Black beans even more useful. So if you have it, you can use it. We had a red one on hand.

1. Drain the liquid from the cans of beans, rinse the beans, preferably with boiled cold water. Place the beans in a deep bowl.
