Ingredients:

  • 8 chicken breast,
  • 2 stacks yogurt,
  • 5 stacks cream,
  • 1 onion,
  • spoon of lime juice,
  • ¼ cup. chopped coriander,
  • 1 clove of garlic,
  • spoon lemon zest,
  • spoon of curry and ground pepper.

Cooking process:

  1. In a glass or ceramic dish, mix yogurt with cream, and then add finely chopped onion, zest, lime juice, pepper and curry.
  2. The mixture is thoroughly mixed and the breasts are “drowned” in it. The dishes are covered and then put in the cold for a couple of hours.
  3. The marinated meat is transferred to a mold and baked in the oven for approximately 45 minutes at 180C.

Cooking process:

  1. Each part of the breast is cut lengthwise in half or into three parts to make the rolls softer and neater. Then the meat is beaten and seasoned.
  2. The fillet is coated with a thin layer of the selected curd cheese, and then wash and finely chop the pepper. Each prepared fillet is sprinkled with pepper and herbs, and then rolled into a tight roll. Each one is wrapped in bacon.
  3. The baking dish is greased with oil and the rolls are placed there. The oven is preheated to 180C and the dish is cooked in it for about half an hour.

Chicken breast with cheese and tomatoes in the oven

  • 1 chicken breast,
  • 100 g cheese,
  • 2 onions and tomatoes,
  • favorite spices, salt and ground pepper.

Cooking process:

  1. The fillet is cut in half to form 0.5 cm thick plates. They are lightly beaten, salted and sprinkled with pepper.
  2. The meat is placed in a mold, onion in the form of half rings and a mug of tomato are placed on top of it. All this is sprinkled with spices on top and sent to the oven, heated to 200C.
