Step 1. The first thing I do is turn on the oven and preheat it to 180 degrees. I grease a pentagonal baking tray with butter (butter) and sprinkle with flour.

Step 3. And now I start preparing the dough. Place butter in a deep bowl, add granulated sugar and beat with a mixer until the sugar dissolves. I got a lush mass. Add sour cream to the mixture and beat for a couple more minutes.

Step 6. I start shaping the pie. I divide the dough into two equal parts. I roll out the first part with a rolling pin (the thickness of the dough should be 7 ml). Then I roll the dough onto a rolling pin and transfer it to a baking sheet. I distribute the dough layer evenly (shown in the photo).


Step 7 I spread the apple filling onto the dough and smooth it out.

Step 8 Now I cover the filling with the other rolled out part of the dough and tightly fasten the sides of the layers (shown in the photo).

Step 9 I put the pan with the pie in the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes.

Step 10 I take the pie out of the oven and let it cool. I decorate the top with powdered sugar and use a knife to cut it into pieces (5 by 5 cm). An amazing aroma spread throughout the apartment.

The main thing is to try not to cut off the tasteless, bitter white part of the lemon along with the zest. Vanillin is written “to taste”, but usually it’s just a little bit, as they say - on the tip of a knife.

3. Now all this needs to be thoroughly beaten with a mixer, after which a good foamy mass should form.

4. Then break the eggs into the mixture and again work thoroughly with the mixer.

In theory, you can reverse the steps and beat the eggs first, and then add butter and everything else to them - sometimes it’s more convenient.

5. The next step is to add flour and baking powder.

Do this gradually, whisking gently at low speed. You may need more or less flour than what is written in the recipe. Focus on the consistency - it should resemble thick syrup. As soon as you achieve this state, the dough is ready.

Let's get to the filling

Our filling is modest - just ordinary apples. It is best to take sour ones, for example, Antonovka. We wash the fruits well and clean them. It makes no sense to tell how this happens. After peeling, cut the apples into slices.

In principle, this completes the preparation of the filling, but if you want to make it more interesting, you can sprinkle the slices with cinnamon or powdered sugar and add other fruits, berries, nuts - it will be very tasty!

Forming a pie

It must be baked in the oven at 180 degrees.

The shape needs to be comfortable and deep. It’s good to choose silicone ones - you can get a pie out of them without much effort. If the mold is not silicone, but, for example, metal, then it must be greased with oil and can also be sprinkled with flour.
