  • Tomatoes – 6 large pieces;

Let the minced meat cool and fill the tomatoes with it. Best served on a plate lined with a green salad.

We will need:

  • Tomatoes – 8 pcs;
  • Eggplants – 400 g;
  • Onion – 3 pcs;
  • Garlic – 4 cloves;
  • Vegetable oil – 60 g;
  • Ground crackers - 1 tbsp. spoon;
  • Salt and pepper - to taste.

Let's prepare it like this:

Wash the tomatoes, cut off the tops and scoop out some of the pulp. Cut the eggplants into small cubes, sprinkle with salt and leave for half an hour, then rinse and dry. Fry the eggplants in oil, add finely chopped onion, tomato pulp, crushed garlic, salt and pepper. Fill the tomatoes with this minced meat, sprinkle ground breadcrumbs, sprinkle with vegetable oil and bake in the oven until cooked.

Baked tomatoes stuffed with cheese.

We will need:

  • Tomatoes – 8 pcs;
  • Fat cheese – 250 g;
  • Cream – 0.5 cups;
  • Yolks – 2 pcs;
  • Salt, pepper, cumin - to taste.

Let's prepare it like this:

Prepare minced meat from grated cheese, yolks and cream. Grind it well and fill it with halves of tomatoes, from which the core has previously been removed with a spoon. Place the stuffed tomatoes on a greased baking sheet or frying pan. Bake in a well-heated oven for 15 minutes. Ready tomatoes can be topped with sour cream or cream. Can be served both hot and cold.

Tomato juice, paste and puree.

Dressing for borscht.

Take equal parts of tomatoes and red sweet peppers, wash them and pass them through a meat grinder, add salt to taste. Bring to a boil and cook for no more than 1-2 minutes.
