- sour cream (or natural yogurt without flavoring additives) 2 tablespoons,

- mayonnaise 2 tablespoons,

- garlic 2 cloves.

Preparation of cheese mass with garlic and mayonnaise:

Processed cheese we choose it because its fat content is usually less than that of hard cheese, and it also has a more delicate, soft taste.

Let's grate the cheese coarse grater. Before you start, I advise you to put the cheeses in freezer for half an hour, and then take out one at a time: grate one cheese, then take out the next one.
