Ingredients: 1 kg fresh cucumbers.
For the filling: 500-550 g boiled beef tongue, 4 eggs, 50 g radish, 1 tbsp. chopped dill, 200 g sour cream, 2 tbsp. chopped green onions, salt to taste.

Preparation: Select even small thin cucumbers, wash, wipe with a napkin, cut in half lengthwise, free from seeds (if the cucumbers are bitter, peel).
Mix hard-boiled and finely chopped eggs with grated radish, mix, add chopped dill, chopped green onions. Mix everything with thick sour cream, salt to taste. Boiled tongue cut into thin slices. How to cook the dish:

1 kg of long-fruited cucumbers, 500 ml of cubed meat broth, 500 g of small mushrooms, 1 onion, 2 tbsp. l. butter, 1 bunch of mixed herbs (rosemary, thyme, basil), 150 g sour cream, 250 g tomatoes

Peel cucumbers, cut each into 8 identical parts and remove the pulp from each on one side. Boil in broth for 10 minutes. Throw away in a colander. Mushrooms cut into cubes. Chop onion and sauté in butter. Chop greens. Make a puree from the pulp of cucumbers. Boil with sour cream and half greens. Place in an ovenproof dish. Cut tomatoes into cubes and mix with mushrooms. Stuff cucumbers with mushroom mass. Place in a mold, cover and bake for 10 minutes at 200 degrees. Sprinkle with herbs.

SALTED STuffed CUCUMBERS
Ingredients:
4 cucumbers, pikeperch or cod fillet 200 g, wheat slice bread, butter 30 g, milk 2 tablespoons, onion 1 small, garlic 2-3 cloves, vegetable oil 1 tablespoon, wheat flour 1 tablespoon, tomato paste 1 tablespoon spoon, herbs, salt to taste.

Cooking:
Prepare minced meat: pass the boiled fish fillet through a meat grinder, mix with bread soaked in milk, add salt, pepper and pass through a meat grinder again. Then add butter and mix well. Cut the pickled cucumbers in half lengthwise, remove the seeds, fill with minced fish and fold the halves, giving the appearance of a whole cucumber.
