  4. Rub sugar with soft butter by hand until the mass brightens. This means that the sugar gradually dissolves.
  5. Once the process is complete and the sugar has dissolved, add one egg at a time. They do not need to be separated, but to keep them warm, this also needs to be taken care of in advance. If it didn’t work out, don’t worry, it won’t affect final result. You just need to knead the dough a little longer than usual.

  11. Lubricate the working form for the multicooker with soft butter. By the way, any fat will do, but it is advisable to use only butter or in last resort margarine, as vegetable oils give a slight flavor to the cake. Not everyone likes the end result of such pastries.
  12. After you have greased the form, you can cut out a circle from parchment equal to the diameter of the bowl for reliability. Then cut out 2 more strips of 2 cm wide from baking paper to put them crosswise on the bottom, and a circle of paper on top. After the pear pie in the slow cooker is ready, it will become much easier to remove it from the bowl.
  13. Pour the dough into the mold, if the top is not too neat, level it upper part pear pie in a slow cooker with a silicone spatula and fan out the pears so that they fill the entire space.
