500 gr. sour cream
1 st. sugar (preferably powdered sugar)
vanillin
4 tablespoons of gelatin (about 30 gr.)
any nuts, fruits and berries (except kiwi and pineapple, regular gelatin does not freeze with them)


Cooking:
Pour 400 ml of gelatin. cold boiled water, stir, leave for 40-60 minutes to swell.


Then heat until the gelatin dissolves, stirring constantly, but NOT boiling (do not boil!)


We take sour cream, powdered sugar and vanillin.


Beat for 5 minutes.


Pour the gelatin into the sour cream mass and beat with a mixer for another 5 minutes.
Sour cream is ready.


Now we arbitrarily cut the fruits, chop the nuts, and put them in vases (moulders, bowls, cups) pouring them with a sour cream-gelatin mass.

You can put it in the refrigerator for a while so that the layer grabs, or you can continue right away.
They threw more fruit, again filled it with mass.


And so to the very top.
Well, we are already decorating the top of the dessert according to our imagination and the available fruits.


We put the finished decorated desserts in the refrigerator until it hardens (usually 4 hours is enough).
But that's not all I want to offer you. :)
Even such a simple dessert can be significantly diversified!
For example, we poured a couple of molds with our sour cream-gelatin mass, and then add a couple of tablespoons of strawberry cocoa to the mass ...


We beat, and we get a mass for a pink dessert!


And if you add a couple of tablespoons of regular cocoa, you will get a creamy chocolate dessert!
And so, experimenting with various additives, you can get more and more new desserts!

More advice. If you make dessert immediately in portions, in small bowls (moulders), then it is better to cut the fruit smaller so that they fall into every spoonful of dessert when eating.
But if you are making a dessert in a large wide form, so that you can then cut it beautifully and serve it on saucers, then it is better to put the fruit in large pieces.

When the lumps increase in size by about 3-4 times, it is necessary to warm the gelatin in a water bath until completely dissolved. You can do this in the microwave, just by setting the minimum time, for example, starting at 15 seconds, and stirring the gelatin well each time. It must not be allowed to boil and left undissolved, since in each case it will not thicken the mass.
  • If you are preparing sour cream jelly with fruits, peel the latter from crusts and seeds. Almost all fruits and berries are suitable for this purpose, except for exotic kiwis and pineapples. They actively give juice, and the mass will turn out to be watery. By the way, for fruit dessert you can use not only fresh, but also frozen components.

How to make sour cream jelly in layers? There are 2 techniques.

  1. Laying liquid mass. A couple of spoons of the first layer are laid out in the form, focusing on the center. Then, on top, also exactly in the center, put a layer of a different color. You can take berries or pieces of fruit at your discretion, but I don’t advise you to take too juicy ones, such as pineapple, because the juice can prevent the jelly from solidifying. Today I have my own frozen raspberries. For the "chocolate" layer, use cocoa. Or you can add nothing at all, sour cream dessert with gelatin will still be very tasty.

First, soak the gelatine in cold water according to package directions.


Pour the berries with 100 ml of water and add 75 g of sugar (adjust the sweetness to your taste). Put on fire and boil for 5-7 minutes.


Beat sour cream with the remaining sugar with a mixer or blender until the sugar is completely dissolved.


Divide the sour cream into three parts - leave two parts white, and add cocoa to one. We heat the swollen gelatin, stirring, until completely dissolved, but do not boil in any case. Cool a little and add in a thin stream to sour cream, stirring well, about 1/4 part. If you do not plan to add anything else to the sour cream dessert - just mix all the gelatin and all the sour cream with sugar.


Strain the raspberries through a sieve, cool slightly. Pour some more gelatin to the raspberry syrup, mix well.


Let's prepare bowls, glasses, glasses or any other forms for dessert. Pour the first layer into them - sour cream or raspberry. Send the jelly to harden in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes.


If by the time the first layer sets, your mixtures have thickened - it's okay, they can be quickly slightly warmed up in the microwave. Pour the second layer in the same way, again send the jelly to the refrigerator. While the second layer hardens, warm the gelatin a little and add it to the "chocolate" mixture and to the remaining sour cream. Thus, we will fill all the forms with layers. Sour cream dessert with gelatin is ready, please to the table!
