Cooking:

200 g cucumbers
7-8 pcs. radish,

50 g greens

Cooking:
To begin with, finely chop the ham, and the tomatoes into four parts, the cucumbers into thin strips or slices, cut the radish in the same way as the cucumbers. Chop the onion into thin half rings, and finely chop the greens. For dressing, mix oil, vinegar, minced garlic, salt and pepper. Place all ingredients in a bowl and pour sauce over everything. Mix well, taste, if necessary - add more salt, sugar. Sour cream sauce is ready. From vegetables, as mentioned above, drain the unnecessary liquid. Mix vegetables with cooked sour cream sauce. Let the salad sit for a bit and you're ready to serve.

mayonnaise.
