Let's start with one of my favorite options. According to it, the vegetables are very juicy, and the taste is not interrupted by other ingredients. Just garlic for flavor, flour for light breading, and sour cream (optional) for flavor.

For cooking you will need:

  • Zucchini - 3 pcs
  • Garlic - 5-8 cloves
  • Salt, pepper - to taste
  • Sour cream (10-15%) - 250 g

Cooking:

1. Wash vegetables, cut on both sides and cut into rings about 1 cm thick.

2. In a deep bowl, mix flour with salt. In this case, usually 1 teaspoon of salt is taken for 1 cup (200 ml) of flour. And in this mixture roll the zucchini on both sides.

You can take any flour, in this example it is whole grain.

3. And fry in a heated pan with a small amount vegetable oil. Fry under a closed lid on both sides for 2-3 minutes until golden brown.

Ingredients:

  • Young zucchini - 2-3 pieces
  • Garlic - 2-3 cloves

  • Kefir or yogurt - 100 g
  • Eggs - 1-2 pcs
  • Flour - 3-4 tbsp

For sauce:

  • Sour cream
  • Greenery
  • Garlic
