And to reinforce chocolate flavor, I add a little cinnamon - for some reason it gives the muffins a taste of store-bought ones, from which children cannot be dragged away and which are of no one knows what they are made of. But, perhaps, cunning manufacturers add cinnamon to them. In general, I am writing a recipe for memory, so as not to rummage forever in a pile of files.

4. Add everything else: vegetable oil, cocoa, flour, baking powder, cinnamon. We mix.

5. We take molds. I have a silicone one with six cupcake holes. Pour so that the dough does not reach 2-3 mm to the edge of the form.

6. We put in an oven preheated to 150 degrees for 45 minutes.

7. If you have Silicone molds, then you can take out the cupcakes right hot. If the form is ordinary, then let them cool slightly so that they grab, otherwise it may turn out that half of the cupcakes will remain inside the form.

If it is planned to add the filling, then it is mixed immediately into the dough or placed in the middle layer. But muffins with liquid filling are especially interesting. The fake filling has the same composition as the dough, but does not harden due to the reduction in baking time.

Recipe for instant chocolate muffins with a liquid filling. For cooking, you will need a minimum set of products, the process will also take a little time. These products will make 2 servings.
