Beat sour cream with sugar, then gradually add soft butter and mix with a mixer until smooth and fluffy. We coat the cakes with the resulting cream, sprinkle crushed nuts on top and let them soak for at least three hours.

Grind chocolate cookies using a blender or rolling pin and mix with melted butter. We distribute the resulting mass along the bottom of the pan lined with parchment, forming sides. Place in the refrigerator for thirty minutes to harden.

Heat the cream in a small saucepan or ladle with chocolate, previously crushed into pieces, until it dissolves and pour the resulting mixture into the mold. Place in the refrigerator for another three hours.

Before serving, decorate the top with blackberries.
