Ingredients

250 ml kefir
7 gr. yeast
20 gr. Sahara

600 gr. cheese
5 potatoes

1. Sift the flour, divide it into 2 parts. Mix one half with yeast, sugar and kefir, cover and leave for 1 hour.

2. Add the rest of the flour, water, sunflower oil and egg, knead the dough.

3. Divide the dough into 3 parts, roll a ball out of each, and, covering with a towel, let it stand for another half hour.

4. We clean the potatoes and, after boiling until cooked (without adding salt!), We crush them in mashed potatoes.

5. Cut the cheese into small pieces, chop it in a blender and add it to the warm mashed potatoes, mix well.

6. We knead each ball of dough with our hands, slightly giving them the shape of cakes. Putting 1/3 of the filling in the center of each, we again make balls out of them. We shape these balls of dough with our hands into the shape of flat disks, making a puncture in the center of each.

6. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Then, covering the baking sheet with a sheet of parchment, put the prepared pies on it one at a time. Each will take approximately 20 minutes to bake.

When the pies are ready, grease them with butter and put them together. Serve warm.

Pies with apples

Very tasty and healthy pies that can become a favorite treat for your whole family.

Ingredients

For test:

150 ml milk
15 gr. yeast
3.5 cups flour
150 gr. butter or margarine
5 eggs
150 gr. Sahara

For filling:

5 apples
50 gr. butter
50 gr. Sahara

1. We prepare yeast dough and 1.5 cups of flour and put it in a warm place for 3 hours to rise.

2. When it rises and starts to fall off, add eggs, 2 cups of flour, sugar and a pinch of salt, at the end - butter (you can use margarine) and knead the dough.

3. Having kneaded the dough, cover the pan with a lid and put it in a warm place, after an hour we make a punch.

4. Prepare the filling by cutting the apples into thin slices and boiling them for about 5 minutes in a mixture of melted butter and sugar.

5. Ready dough cut into small pieces, roll each one, place a couple of tablespoons of the filling in the center and pinch the edges, forming a pie.

6. Put the pies on a greased baking sheet and leave to proof for 15-20 minutes, then grease them with yolk.

7. Bake the pies for about half an hour in the oven, preheated to 200 C.

Potato pies

Perhaps the most popular of all pies.

Ingredients

For the test

600 gr. flour
1.5 cups of water
30 gr. dry yeast
50 gr. sunflower oil
1 st. l. Sahara
0.5 tsp salt

For filling:

5 potatoes
1 bulb

1. In a bowl, combine flour with yeast diluted in 100 ml of water, vegetable oil, sugar, salt and a glass warm water. Mix well, sprinkle with flour and leave for an hour in a warm place for 1 hour to rise. Punch down and let rise again.

2. For the filling, boil the potatoes in salted water and make mashed potatoes, add finely chopped and fried on sunflower oil onion.

3. We make pies, grease them on top with strong sweet tea and leave for another 20 minutes in a warm place.

4. Bake in a well-heated oven for about half an hour.

Pies with cabbage

Cabbage patties are best made from unleavened yeast dough.

Ingredients

1 glass of milk
20 gr. yeast
1 egg
50 gr. Sahara
50 gr. margarine
salt

1. Dissolve the yeast in warm milk, add the egg, sugar, margarine, salt at the tip of a teaspoon, stir well.

2. Now add flour and, after kneading the dough, put it in a warm place for 2-2.5 hours.

3. When the dough rises, punch it down and put it in a warm place again for 1 hour. Then we crush again.

4. For the filling, chop the cabbage and stew it with onions, salt and pepper to taste.

5. We cut our dough into small pieces, roll each one, make pies, grease them with yolk on top and leave for another 20 minutes in a warm place for proofing.

6. Fry the pies in a well-heated pan.

Puff pies with cherries

Puff pastries are very tasty, however, not every housewife will decide to cook puff pastry herself. But our pies can be made from purchased dough spending a minimum of time on them.

Ingredients

500 gr. puff pastry
300 gr. fresh or frozen cherries
100 gr. Sahara

1. Pour the cherries with sugar and leave for half an hour until it releases the juice that needs to be drained.

2. Roll out the dough with a thickness of about 3 mm and cut into rectangles, put cherries on each and sculpt pies.

3. On a baking sheet, greased with oil, lay out the pies and bake them in an oven preheated to 180 degrees until golden brown for about half an hour.

Egg pies

This is one of the simplest and delicious recipes pies. For him, we need to prepare a non-dough yeast dough, which we described at the beginning of our article, and the filling.

Ingredients

3 boiled eggs
100 gr. green onions
butter

1. Cooking a non-dough yeast dough.

2. Boil the eggs, grate them and mix with chopped green onions.

Meat pies

From such jarless test excellent meat pies are also obtained, but fried.

For filling:

1 kg meat, pork or beef
1 bulb
salt and pepper to taste

1. Having cooked the meat, we pass it through a meat grinder with fried onions. Salt and pepper the resulting mass (for juiciness, add a few tablespoons of broth).
