Cooking technology:

  1. First, break 1 egg into a deep container and pour in cold kefir.


2. Add sugar and salt to the egg-kefir mass.


3. Now we need to gently mix all the ingredients with a mixer, the speed should be medium, or use a whisk.



5. Mix all the ingredients until smooth.



7. Now let's start frying pancakes. Warm up the skillet well vegetable oil and pour in the dough, while the pan must be rotated in a circle so that the dough spreads over the entire diameter and there are no through holes.

4. Now pour in the rest of the milk and vegetable oil, stir and leave the pancake dough for 15-20 minutes to infuse.

Cooking process:

  1. We take a deep container and pour kefir into it, add sugar and salt, mix in homogeneous consistency using a whisk or blender.

Important! Kefir is best used with a small percentage of fat, homogeneous.

  • Kefir - 500-600 ml. (look at the density of the kneaded dough).

  • Flour - 10-12 tablespoons.
  • Condensed milk - 4-5 tablespoons.
