My experience confirms everything that I write about. Therefore, until recently, I used breasts only in soups, with vegetables, in casseroles. In general, in those dishes where it is saturated with the juice of other products, it becomes soft and tender.

But the search delicious recipes never stopped. From time to time I experimented and tried various options baking and came to this conclusion. There are not many ways, but still there are. Although you know, the concept of juiciness and tenderness is different for everyone. Someone needs the juice to flow down the chin, but for someone a couple of drops are enough, or so that you can simply chew a piece of meat without diligence. Something in between suits me. Therefore, worthwhile recipes in in large numbers I didn't find it, only 3.


Marinated chicken breast in foil

The main secret juiciness is a marinade. For its basis, you can take anything. Most often, I use an acid, such as acetic acid or lemon juice. To do this, you need to thoroughly rinse a piece of meat, be sure to dry it and make small cuts on top. Next, put the foil on the bottom in a baking sheet and put the breast. Then I generously coat it with seasonings. It can be special spices for chicken, mustard, dried herbs and so on. Don't forget to salt. It not only gives the usual salty taste, but also retains moisture in the meat, which is what we need. Just don't overdo it! Then I take a lemon, cut it into slices and put them in the cuts. I pour the juice from the remaining lemon over the chicken breast. I cover with foil. If there is no lemon, use Apple vinegar. And the foil can be replaced with a baking sleeve. Let the meat soak and marinate for several hours in the refrigerator. Once it's ready to bake, place the baking sheet in the oven.It turns out the dish is quite dietary and low-calorie, so it is great for losing weight.


Chicken breast baked in the oven with cheese

The second option is more juicy, but also more nutritious, but still remains a good dinner. The breast also needs to be washed and dried well. Make a large incision along, as if dividing the piece into two parts, but without cutting. It turns out a large pocket, where you need to put a plate of cheese. For good adhesion, the seam can be secured with a toothpick. Over-season the meat with salt, herbs, spices and put in the oven again in foil.If you decide to do without it, then you need to grease the baking sheet with vegetable oil, and these are extra calories, besides, the meat will become drier, whatever one may say.


The third recipe is baked boneless chicken thighs

For me this is the most tasty part chicken after wings! But they are quite fatty, so they turn out very juicy. But in order to reduce the calorie content, we simply completely remove the skin and cut off the remaining fat. Even without pickling, such meat is tender and soft. Therefore, do not use sour cream, cream, mayonnaise, marinating oil, just rub with seasonings, salt and garlic. Wrap in foil and put in the oven. In half an hour, an awesome, juicy chicken fillet will be ready, perfect for dinner. Feel free to pour out the rest of the fat.
