  • tarragon (fresh herbs);
  • a fresh bunch of parsley and the same amount of dill;
  • 1 st. l. spicy tomato sauce.

We wash the spinach, let it boil for 10-15 minutes a small amount(literally on the bottom of the pan) boiling water, cool and rub through a sieve. In this mass, add, stirring vigorously, mayonnaise, chopped (or better passed through a blender) herbs and prepared tomato sauce.

Classic homemade mayonnaise is prepared differently:

  1. 2 raw yolks;
  2. mustard, salt, sugar - we select the proportions during the cooking process;
  3. 0.5 cups of lean (preferably refined) oil;
  4. no more than a teaspoon of well-cooled boiled water;
  5. 2 tbsp. l. table (6-9%) or wine vinegar.

Grind the yolks, mustard, salt and sugar until it foams and changes color. Without ceasing to stir, drop by drop (it is possible on the blade of a knife) pour in the oil. To prevent lumps - 4-5 drops of cold water. Then, just like the oil, pour in the vinegar.

Tip: if the mayonnaise has curdled - do not rush to throw it away - beat half the yolk of the third egg and add it to the curdled mass. Mayonnaise straighten out.

We leave the sauce to infuse, and in the meantime we cut the onion and chicken into cubes. Add finely chopped eggs to them. Pour all this into boiled rice, here - peas (without juice, of course). Top with sauce of your choice. We add, if necessary. Shake the chicken salad well again and form it into a slide in a salad bowl. Top with parsley. It can be served on the table in just a few minutes after preparation.

Salad "Five Minute"

The name of this salad with salted (preferably barreled) cucumber and smoked chicken (with any piece of it you like, most importantly - without fat) is not for a red word. It cooks quickly and is also eaten. It is necessary to cut into strips or small thin slices:

  • 200 gr. favorite part of the chicken;
  • 2 barrel peeled and seeded cucumbers;
