In winter, with such severe frosts, you don’t particularly travel to nature, and even more so, you can’t cook a barbecue. Therefore, it is worth trying to fry it at home. The taste, according to this recipe, will be as close as possible to the barbecue, which is eaten with pleasure on an active, summer vacation.

Required for cooking (based on 3 servings):

  • 1 tbsp vinegar;
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise;
  • 1 small bulb;
  • 1 tbsp barbecue ketchup;
  • 30 ml. vegetable oil for frying;
  • 500 grams pork(preferably with thin layers of fat);
  • seasoning for meat or barbecue taste.

Cooking:

  1. Cut the pork into portioned cubes, like a barbecue.
  2. Peel and cut the onion into rings, combine with chopped meat.
  3. Add ketchup, mayonnaise to the meat, and mix well.
  4. Leave the meat to marinate for 2 hours.
  5. Remove the marinated meat from the refrigerator.
  6. Heat up the pan with vegetable oil, fry the meat, in small portions of 5, 6 pieces until golden brown.
  7. Put the finished meat once again into the pan, pour in the vinegar, sprinkle with seasoning and fry for another 3 minutes.
  8. Serve ready kebab on plates with fresh and pickled cucumber, fresh tomatoes and greenery.
