To make a dessert curd mass, you need to take 200 g of soft fat-free cottage cheese, 50 ml of water, 20 g of raisins, 20 g of dried apricots, 20 g of prunes and a few tablespoons of liquid honey.

  1. Mix cottage cheese with water and beat in a blender, transfer to a bowl;
  2. Add chopped dried fruits;
  3. Drizzle dessert with honey.

If you do not like honey, then you can fill the mousse with dried apricot sauce, which we advised.
