After finishing baking, do not open the lid of the multicooker. Just press “stop”, thereby leaving the multicooker on heating. That way for about 15 minutes. Then turn off the multicooker completely and you can take out our biscuit. He turned out beautiful, ruddy and quite tall. It is better to place the finished biscuit on a wire rack or tray for steaming. Let the biscuit cool well.


Then cut it into cakes of the desired thickness. I cut it into 2 parts, but it could have been three. Grease each cake layer generously with sour cream.
