Combine sour milk product with sour cream and soda, let stand for 5 minutes.

Add sugar to the eggs, fluff until you get a frothy mass. Put in the sour cream mixture, lemon juice. Mix thoroughly.

Note: use kefir not the first freshness. A stale dairy product perfectly extinguishes soda, thereby giving the cake more airiness and porosity. Also, don't use a too-fat version of the milk, as the cakes will be too dense.

Lay parchment on a baking sheet, pour the future cake into it. Cook for 40 minutes at 180 degrees.

Prepare the cream by mixing the ingredients.

Cut the cooled cake into 2 pieces. Lay on the lower cherry, grease with cream. Cover with the second cake and spread the butter mixture on it too.

Components

Dough:
1.5 st. flour;
3 art. l. Cocoa;
250 ml of kefir;
½ cup starch;
1 tsp. Soda;
2 eggs;
1 st. Sahara;
¼ tsp. Salt;
4 tbsp. l. Refined oil.

Cream:
200 g of condensed milk;
150 g butter;
1 tsp vanilla sugar

Decoration:
150 g waffles.

Cooking process

In a large bowl, beat kefir, adding sugar, salt, eggs to it.

Separately, mix baking soda, flour, cocoa powder, starch. Pour this mixture into the kefir, pour in the oil, knead the dough.

Pour the resulting composition into the mold, bake for half an hour at a temperature of 180 degrees. Grease a baking sheet with oil and preheat the oven.

Note: handle the dough carefully so that the cakes do not sit down during baking. An already filled form is forbidden to shake, knock on something. Do not open the oven before the specified time, but remove the workpiece from the mold only after it has completely cooled down.

1 st. curdled milk / kefir;
1 pinch of salt;
3 art. first-class flour;

1 st. granulated sugar;
1 pinch of vanilla sugar;
1 st. flour;
150 g butter.

Cooking process

Melt margarine, add cocoa, kefir, salt, sugar to it, mix.

Separately, sift the flour, pour the resulting composition into it. Knead the dough so that it does not stick to your hands. Divide it into 8 parts (in the form of balls), cover with cling film, let stand in the cold for 20 minutes.

Take out 1 blank, roll out as thin as possible, cutting out circles of the same shape.

Put each blank on a baking sheet, make holes with a fork, bake at 200 degrees. If you do not have an oven, use.

Cook the custard. Put milk with vanilla and sugar on a small fire. While stirring, add flour.

Wait for it to thicken, but not boil. And turn it off. Cool, stir in the oil.

Lubricate each cake with still warm cream. Leave one base for crumbs to sprinkle on dessert.

Set the cake in the cold for 6-8 hours.

Night on kefir

Baking got its name due to the very chocolatey appearance. Delicious, original, hearty cake is a welcome guest on the table.

Components

Dough:
300 g of kefir;
300 g flour;
4 tbsp. l. Blackcurrant jam;
200 g of granulated sugar;
3 yolks with whites;
3 art. l. cocoa powder;
1 tsp. Soda;
1 st. l. starch.

Cream:
1.5 st. whipping cream;
100 g of sugar;
2 tbsp. l. Cocoa;
100 g butter.

Cooking process

Combine soda with jam. When the composition begins to bubble, add kefir. Stir, let froth again.

Note: due to the fact that soda is quenched first with sourness from jam, and then from kefir, the cake will be very moist, airy and juicy. This could not be achieved if only kefir was used.

Separately beat eggs, sugar, add kefir composition.

Pour cocoa, flour, starch, knead the dough thoroughly.

Lay paper on a baking sheet, pour the dough, smooth it out. Bake for 40-50 minutes at 200 degrees.

To obtain a cream, beat the cream and sugar at a low speed of the mixer, pour in the cocoa in the process, and at the end - soft butter.

Remove the cake from the oven, cool, cut into 2 parts, coat each blank, top and sides of the cake with cream. Decorate as desired, such as rubbing dark chocolate on top.

Refrigerate for 2 hours.

Meringue cake variant

Describing the preparation of this kefir chocolate cake takes longer than it does.

It will take

For the biscuit:
Kefir or kefir product - ½ cup;
Flour - 1 cup;
Sugar - 1 cup;
Egg - 3 pieces;
Baking powder - 1 teaspoon.

For cream:
Butter - 200 grams;
Condensed milk - 2 tablespoons;
Varenka - 5 tablespoons;
Cocoa - 1 teaspoon.

Besides:
Meringue - a few pieces;

Step-by-step instruction
