  • Refined sunflower oil – 2 tbsp. l.;

Meatless Lentil Soup Recipe.

Step 1. Sort the lentils. Combine the beans and rice in a colander and rinse thoroughly under cold running water.

Step 2. Peel the carrots, rinse and grate on a grater with large holes.

Step 3. Wash the tomato and cut into strips. If tomatoes are not in season, you can get by with tomato paste, you will need 2 tablespoons.

Step 4. Heat the sunflower oil well in a frying pan or saucepan and fry the tomatoes and carrots in it for 6-7 minutes, remembering to stir. Make sure that the vegetables do not burn, otherwise the dish will have an unpleasant aftertaste.

While the potatoes are boiling, prepare the frying. Chop greens and celery into small pieces, grate carrots. Sauté carrots in oil until soft, sprinkle with spices.
