- Cool the broth, filter. cook onion broth possible in advance.
- We take raw eggs, fill them with a decoction of onion peel so that they are completely covered with natural paint.
- Boil the eggs as usual for 7-10 minutes. It is not advisable to cook longer, because with a long heat treatment eggs lose their beneficial nutritional properties.
