Knead the dough from the ingredients for the dough. First mix flour, sugar and butter. Then add liquid ingredients. The dough should be soft and plastic.
Put the dough on the bottom and on the sides (to the very top) of a detachable form with a diameter of 26-28 cm. Place the form with the cake in the refrigerator while preparing the filling.

Place the ingredients for the cheesecake into the mixing bowl and mix just until the ingredients are combined (approx. 30 seconds).

Cut strawberries and mix with sugar in a saucepan, let stand for 15 minutes. Then put on fire and simmer for about 10 minutes (until the berries release juice and become soft).
Mix flour and starch with water (preferably in a blender so that there are no lumps) and pour into the fruit. Cook over low heat just until the mixture thickens (the mass will be thicker than the pudding).
Immediately transfer the hot berry mass to the prepared cake and level it. Place the curd filling on top.

Dough:
Dough ingredients should be at room temperature.
Preheat oven to 180 degrees.

Separate the whites from the yolks, beat them to stiff peaks at the end of the churning, gradually adding - one tablespoon each - sugar and vanilla sugar.

Then mix it with strawberry mousse.
Add grated cottage cheese to strawberry mousse with gelatin and mix.

How to cook?

1. Strawberry dessert

Ingredients:

  • 3 art. l. gelatin + 1 tbsp. water;
  • 0.5 l. sour cream + 1 tbsp. sugar + vanillin;
  • strawberries (you can banana or kiwi)

Cooking:

Pour gelatin with water and set aside. Mix sour cream with sugar and vanilla (just mix, not beat, then it will turn out more tender and airy). Put gelatin on fire and stir constantly until smooth (do not bring to a boil). Then pour in a thin stream of sour cream, stirring thoroughly.

2. No Bake Yogurt Cake

Ingredients:

  • Natural yogurt - 350 g
  • Milk - 300 ml
  • Cocoa powder - 1 tbsp. l.
  • Gelatin - 40 g
  • Lemon juice - 1 tbsp. l.
  • Sugar - 6 tbsp. l.
  • Strawberries (fresh or frozen) - 200-250 g

Cooking:

Pour gelatin (leave 5-10 g for strawberry puree) with milk, leave for 15 minutes. Put on low heat and heat, stirring. Milk should not be allowed to boil. Once gelatin has dissolved, remove from heat and let cool.

Pour yogurt into a deep bowl, add sugar (3-4 tablespoons), lemon juice. Beat it all with a mixer, as long as possible. Pour milk with gelatin into the resulting mixture in a thin stream, then beat thoroughly again.

Pour the 3rd part of the mixture into a separate container and add cocoa powder there, mix. Pour this mixture with cocoa into a special form that is removed and immerse in the freezer for 12 minutes, then remove and pour the remaining mixture there until the end

Put in the freezer. In the meantime, make strawberry puree: mix strawberries with sugar in a blender. Take 50 g of water, add the remaining gelatin and leave for 10 minutes. 3. Dessert balls with strawberries

Ingredients:

  • 200 g cookies (dry)
  • 90 g butter
  • 150 g cottage cheese (homemade)
  • 150 g strawberries
  • 20 g coconut flakes
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar

Cooking:

I offer a recipe for dessert balls with strawberries. They are prepared quite quickly and not at all difficult. And as a result, very tasty and tender balls are obtained, which combine sweetness with pleasant sourness strawberries. Break the cookies (I have a baby one) into pieces and place in a blender.

Grind the cookies into crumbs. Transfer the crumbs to another container. Melt butter and add to crumbs. Mix well. Next, add cottage cheese (I have homemade) and powdered sugar. Knead the dough well, preferably with your hands. Peel and wash fresh strawberries.

Pinch off a small piece from the dough, roll into a ball, about the size of Walnut, knead it into a cake. Put a strawberry berry in the middle of the cake. Gently wrap the dough around the berry and roll it into a ball. Thus, make balls until the dough runs out. The dough does not stick to your hands, it is very pleasant to work with it. Roll each ball in coconut flakes, put on a dish and put in the refrigerator for 20 minutes to solidify. Decorate the finished balls as desired and can be served. This is what the balls look like.

4. Cottage cheese and fruit dessert (tasty and easy)

Form, about 26 cm (about 300 g)

Ingredients:

  • 500 g - low-fat soft cottage cheese
  • 300 g - low-fat sour cream
  • granulated sugar or stevia - to taste
  • 30 g - gelatin (preferably instant)
  • any fruit (strawberries and bananas are used here)

Cooking:

Mix cottage cheese with sugar or stevia. Mix sour cream with sugar or stevia. Rinse the fruit and put it on the bottom of the mold.

Prepare gelatin (according to package instructions). Combine cottage cheese + sour cream and mix. It turns out a liquid mass.

Pour the gelatin in a thin stream into the curd-sour cream mass. Mix. Cover all the fruits with the resulting mixture (evenly).

We send it to the refrigerator (for 1-2 hours). Take out, cut into portions and serve with fruit.

5. Cake for dessert. Light and delicious!

Ingredients:

  • 0.5 l sour cream
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 1 sachet of gelatin (25 gr)
  • 0.5 cup cold water
  • 300 gr biscuit
  • Strawberry

Cooking:

Biscuit can be bought ready-made or baked yourself.

To begin with, fill the gelatin with water and leave to swell. While we are preparing the remaining components, it will just swell.

Wash the fruit, peel and cut. Cut the biscuit into small pieces. Mix sour cream with sugar and beat with a mixer.

We heat the swollen gelatin in a water bath, without bringing to a boil. And pour into sour cream, stir. Line a deep bowl with cling film.

Sprinkle some berries on the bottom. Lay the biscuit pieces on top. Fill with cream. And then layer it up. Cover the top with cling film and place in the refrigerator. Three hours later, the cake is ready.

6. Tiramisu style dessert

  • mascarpone cheese - 250g
  • cream 35% - 200ml
  • strawberries - 400g
  • granulated sugar - 150g
  • savoiardi biscuit cookies (“ Lady fingers”) – 20 pcs.

Cooking

Beat mascarpone with 100 g of sugar, add whipped cream to a thick viscous state and beat again. Grind 100 g of strawberries with a blender with 50 g of granulated sugar.

Put a layer of biscuit cookies in a rectangular shape and pour half of the strawberries rubbed with sugar. Spread half of the cream cheese mixture evenly over the top.

Put the second layer of biscuits and pour them with the remaining mashed strawberries, put the remaining cheese mass on top of it, smooth the surface with a spatula. Cut the remaining strawberries lengthwise into 3-4 plates and lay them on the surface of the dessert.

Place in the refrigerator to soak and harden for several hours.

7. Panna cotta with strawberries

Panna cotta literally melts in your mouth, and strawberries perfectly emphasize delicate taste cream.

You will need:

  • 400 ml. 20% cream
  • 0.5 st. spoons of instant gelatin
  • 3 art. spoons of sugar
  • 1 sachet (10 gr.) vanilla sugar
  • 100 gr. strawberries
  • 2 tsp powdered sugar

Cooking:

Gelatin pour 2-3 tbsp. tablespoons of cold water, let it swell for 5 minutes, then put in a bowl with hot water and stir until it melts.

Mix the cream with sugar and vanilla sugar, heat stirring until the sugar melts, if the mixture has not warmed up to a little warm, then add gelatin and mix, pour into molds, if the cream is too hot, then they need to be cooled. Put the molds with cream overnight in the refrigerator or for 4-5 hours.

Cut the strawberries into small cubes, mix with powdered sugar, put on the frozen panna cotta, pour over the resulting juice.

8. Salad Fruit Paradise

Ingredients:

  • Fresh strawberries - 100 grams;
  • Bananas - 1 pc;
  • Kiwi - 1 pc;
  • Pineapples in syrup - 100 grams;
  • Oranges - 1 pc;
  • Strawberry yogurt - 150 grams;
  • Almonds - 30 grams.

Cooking

Fruit salads are made for the holiday, so they should be served accordingly. They look best in voluminous transparent wine glasses, which must be decorated with an elegant rim. First, the edges of the glass are lowered to a certain depth in egg white and then immediately immersed in granulated sugar. The glasses are shaken lightly to remove excess sugar, and then dried. Prepare this salad and get heavenly pleasure!

To prepare a salad, you need to take fresh strawberries, large kiwi "butterfly", banana, orange, canned pineapple without syrup, almonds and strawberry yogurt.

Ingredients:

  • 2 marshmallows (70 gr each)
  • 200 gr cream 10%-20%
  • 200 gr strawberries
  • 200 gr kiwi
  • chocolate

Cooking:

Break the marshmallow into pieces, put in a blender, pour in the cream. Whisk thoroughly until smooth.

Cut strawberries into quarters (if large, then cut smaller). Peel the kiwi, cut into cubes. Put the strawberries in a single layer in a bowl or cup. Drizzle with cream to completely cover the strawberries.

Lay the kiwi on top in a single layer. Pour over the cream, completely covering the kiwi. Sprinkle with grated chocolate.

Dessert can be served immediately, or you can put it in the refrigerator for an hour to cool. It will be delicious either way.

10. "Cool Rainbow"

Ingredients for 5-6 servings:

  • 2 bananas
  • 300 gr. strawberries
  • 3 kiwi
  • 300 gr. ice cream (ice cream)

  • Fatty sour cream - 200-300 g.

  4. Mix together strawberry puree, nut and dough crumbs, part of the powdered sugar. You should get a dense mass, from which you can roll small balls.
  5. Put strawberry balls in bowls, layer them with cream. Repeat this until the cups are filled. Make the top layer sour cream sprinkled with walnut crumbs.
  6. Decorate the dessert with peach slices, peeled from the fluffy skin.

Strawberry cocktail "Fitness"

  • Frozen strawberries - 500 g.

Cooking method:

  1. Do not completely defrost the strawberries. The berries should remain slightly firm. If you get a lot of juice, then drain it.
  2. Sift dry ingredients - flour, sugar and soda or baking powder. When using soda instead of baking powder, sour yogurt or sour cream should be included in the list of products. A sweet flavored drink won't work as it doesn't contain acid to cause a gassing reaction.
  3. Wash the lemon with soap. Grate the zest from it and squeeze 2 tbsp. l. juice.

  5. Knead a dense but moist and sticky dough. Add berries without juice.
  6. Lubricate the capacity of the multicooker with oil, pour in the dough. Set the baking mode for about one hour. Periodically check the condition of the cake, as the moisture content of the dough may vary and the cooking time varies.
  7. In a slow cooker, it is very difficult to achieve an appetizing crust on baked goods, so do not keep it inside for too long. If the cake is well pierced with a skewer, then it can be taken out.
  8. It will turn out pale on top, and well browned on the bottom.
  9. Cool and serve. If desired, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
