  • sunflower oil - 3 large spoons;
  • warm whole milk - 500 ml;
  • white flour - about 1.6 cups (you may need a little more or less);
  • baking soda or baking powder - 2/3 of a small spoon.

How are traditional homemade pancakes made? Milk, eggs, flour and soda are not mixed immediately, but one by one. First of all, take the eggs and break them into a deep bowl. Lightly beat the product with a fork, pour in warm water and add sea salt, table soda and granulated sugar. After mixing the ingredients, add sunflower oil and white flour to them. After kneading the viscous base, it is gradually liquefied using drinking water. As a result of such actions, they get quite batter no lumps.

If you wish, thin homemade pancakes can be filled with any filling. Most often, minced meat with rice or sweet cottage cheese with raisins. After stuffing the pancakes, they are wrapped in an envelope, placed in a greased pan and sent to the oven. In this form, the products are kept for ¼ hour (at a temperature of 200 degrees), and then taken out and served along with tea or other drink.
