I was presented with the fact that now we will prepare strudel from lavash. And that it will be very fast, practically without calories, and also very tasty! Objections were not accepted!

I had never cooked this before, but I was assured that it would be simply incredibly delicious. Well, why not experiment, I decided, and got to work. I liked the result, so I’m sharing it simple recipe with you.

Now for everyone who doesn’t like fiddling with dough, there is an excellent alternative - you can prepare lazy strudel from lavash very quickly and without any fuss!
